Management lie every chance they get. They never answer the phone or give updates to changes made, like cutting your hot water off all day for electrical issues. No note left on the door, no email or nothing. When I go to the office to address it all I get is excuses and unprofessionalism. They are full of you know what.

Lezly, the new manager is great. She was very helpful and made sure my work order was taken care of that same day. She was polite and professional. Nice for a change around here. I was thinking about putting in my notice, but the help and treatment she gave me...I'm not going anywhere anytime soon. Thank you Lezly!!!!!!!!!

I keep coming back to write reviews just because I am so infuriated with the apartment complex. The new management genuinely doesn’t care about the tenants needs and requests. I reach out to Robin multiple times for a question only to be ignored and told that I will be contacted later. Along with that they really enjoy invading privacy. There is a trash pandemic all over the complex at the moment and whenever the maintenance men came to fix my toilet, they took a picture of my trash bag IN MY HOME without me knowing and accused me of littering. She has the men digging through the trash to find

If I could give zero stars I would. The manager along with the workers don’t seem to care about the fact that we as residents deserve to be treated with respect. I understand that it is difficult right now because of COVID to accommodate to everyone, but here at Esencia there is no accommodation to begin with. Not only is the rent way too expensive for the area and for the building complexes, but they will say that something is luxurious when it is just toggled with enough to considered “fixed”. The carpets on the ground are uneven. The mail is out of whack. It’s difficult to drive into

Esencia apartments are the place to live, Thanks to the wonderful landlord who I can actually Say. cares about you while your Stay is here And her lovely assistant who always great you with a big open smile and knows how to make you feel right at home. They make it to where you can call this wonderful place. Home away from home. with their spacious 2-3 bedroom apartments as well as the 1 bedrooms. Every apartment comes with a beautiful fireplace.
