Poorly designed (very few) parking areas and narrow roads. I liked the grills scattered around the property though. But it is pretty expensive and you will certainly have some sketchy neighbors. Thin ceilings and awful water pressure. People in the office are nice. Overall a decent place to live for 1 year or less.

So far so good. Seems like a very nice community. I love the fact that the people in the leasing office as well as maintenance makes sure your apartment is up to code before moving in. The apartment is spacious and a beautiful set up overall. We definitely appreciate the welcome gifts that were left for us upon our move in. A special thanks to Erika who has made our move in experience wonderful! She was there to answer any questions we had and helped us through the application process.

Great place to live. The rent is a bit high, but you definitely pay for what you get. Maintenance is great, and quickly respond to requests. The worst part about living here is, without a doubt, the parking situation. Very tight streets and parking is taken very quickly, so if you're looking to park after 5 PM, you'll probably end up conceding to a spot far away from your apartment and walking a lot of the time.
