I have live here for almost three years and things seems to be fine when we first moved in, but something changed within the last year and half. problems with upstairs neighbor throwing cigarettes down on our clean porch every time I cleaned it. Made two complaints before anything was done about it ( no respect for other people space). when we first moved in we had problems with smoking smelling, but we had no idea where it was coming from, we called and let them know about it because I have allergy reactions to the smell. They claim there is no way smells could come from other apartment, okay

Don't move in here, the office likes to harass you without a reason, some of the people that work here are extremely creepy (had a personal experience with one of them) and they wait days to do anything if you need something fixed in your apartment, that's if they even remember too show up. All around terrible experience with these people.

Don't move in here. The management is absolutely awful, they never answer the direct line when you call. "Lost" packages and misinformation about when you're able to give your terms of termination for your lease. Unreasonable charges constantly made to your rent, and when you get your "renewal" contract, they hike the rent up $200 each time.. absolutely ridiculous and do not recommend this residential company to anyone.
