I've live here for 11 years. It's usually pretty quiet and the staff is friendly and ready to help. Maintenance always call right back and fix my issues in a timely manner. With covid being an issue last year and this year their staff is pretty thin but they do their best. I have an issue with the pool problem. They need to figure out how to keep both pools opened so their residents can enjoy it on their days off.

I've been living in this property since August 2015. Is been 6 years now and I love live here. The office personal are amazing, Alba Avila is been so helpful whenever I have a question or request. The community is very close to the main road towards uptown and everything is on walking distance. I can't say enough about this place... I'm about to renew my contract for another year . Looking forward to see what next year living here will brings. Thank you Park 2300 for making me feel at home.

I have a wonderful experience with the staff. From the main office to the handyman. All of them are professional, punctual, and ready to assist you. I have been living there for 5 yrs with no major issues.

Just moved it to the apartment. So happy I got this out way. The staff are very friendly and professional. Andrea was my agent and let me tell you this lady went out her way the extra mile to help out. Thank you! Definitely recommend her. Also come check this apartment yourself before you get to anything else. Before leaving a review I wanted experience this place out, to leave my more honest and comfortable review. This apartment are well located. My apartment unit is amazing everything up to date. And a decent neighborhood enough to feel control and safe.

Great location - very close to uptown. The layout of the one bedroom apartment is spacious enough to accomodate everything that I had. Love it how the kitchen is open to the living room and dining area. This location has all the amenities I was looking for, a pool with grills. The gym meets my workout needs where I don't need a gym membership. Also an apartment complex that is pet friend and has a pet park for my terrier!!

Hello my names Geraldine and I’m writing a review on my nephews phone. I just want to say I’ve been here for 14 years and service has been phenomenal. When I needed to transfer to a apartment on the ground floor Alba made the transition effortless. If your looking for nice apartments as well friendly staff I would recommend these apartments. Also I just met Tyler in the leasing office for the first time today and he is so friendly and knowledgeable of the apartment complex and got me in and out the office in a timely fashion because I was in a hurry. I absolutely love it here.

Maintenance is HORRIBLE!! They say their "BUSY" but when you see them, they are gathered together laughing and talking! They've closed several maintenance request and haven't even came to check out the issue! Homeless couple roaming the property, sitting on the play ground every morning, pool nor the fitness center has been opened since who knows when! The kids out here are TERRIBLE! They tear up everything, which i'm sure is a big reason why the pool is not open. But don't punish the all residents! Not the most expensive but still not worth the price! I would look

Park 2300 is a pretty decent place to live if on a budget, not too expensive for what you get. I don't see a lot of traffic coming in and out, for the most part it's pretty quiet and maintenance response time could be a little better. No rodent issues on my end. Clean areas. Finally seeing some results of recent renovations, I just wish they could have started on the pools. Overall, it's not a bad place to stay! I've been in worst.

I chose Park 2300 because of its close location to dining, shopping ,and highway 74. This is a nice gated community with lots of great amenities. I live in a 1 bedroom and really love the outdoor patio space. I took away a couple stars because I had to do a lot of deep cleaning when I first moved in. The fridge light was out, inside of the kitchen cabinets and drawers were dirty and had crumbs. Also, the kitchen and bathroom cabinets are kind of cheap quality. All of my cabinets are peeling and several of them don't close all the way. The bathroom mirror is damaged and the sink faucet is is grimy

They need to do major renovations! This property is pretty dated so appliances do break a lot and there are several technical and plumbing issues. The staff seems indifferent about your concerns and only reach out to you if they need to get something done. None of residents care about the policies put in place.

I've seen this complex change management 3 times while living here (Pegasus, Hawthorne, now Bridge Property Mgmt). Bridge Property Management is much more community oriented. Before, we didn't have any activities, contests, and giveaways. We were only renters. Alex, Cuban Guy, Brett of maintenance and Alba & Andrea of the office are all star employees. From getting to know them over the years, they're very nice, friendly, and hardworking!
Landscapers comes every Monday usually and do a pretty good job. Laundry room

I have been waiting for over 2 months to receive my application money to be return since I got denied for the apartment. I am very upset that ( Alba) the lady that answered will not provide me with the corporate office number to get some help since she could not assist. They took the money with no issues so why not return like they promise also. I am not upset over the denial it's principal of customer service courtesy. I would like to reach corporate's office number to clear up this matter.

I really can't even give this place a single star. My roommate and I lived in these apartments for a couple of months before constant flooding, unrepaired damages, and complete lack of assistants from the management became a little too much to handle at least in my own home. They now refuse to give back our deposit that we were "assured" we would get back and are actually now trying to charge us for their damages. I don't recommend this place to new people and if you currently live there I highly recommend you get out. I could have lived better under a rock.

If it was possible to give no stars I would, these apartment complex has changed owners two times in the year and a half that I've lived here, and that has definitely not helped with the customer service at all, every time I call there is no answer, you put in a repair request and it either gets ignored, overlooked or they are so understaffed that they take for ever to fix the problem, I recently moved out after 4 years of living there and they charged me a ridiculous amount of money for repairs and replacement of just about everything in the apartment.
