I am new to the Spokane area coming from San Antonio where I worked in the apartment industry and I have been very satisfied with all elements regarding Hilby Station. I can tell you from experience in dealings with over 80 different apartment communities around SA that the maintenance and office staff make the difference. At Hilby you find an example of this. The maintenance lead Mory and Kayla at the office have always been able to help me, grounds are kept clean, and maintenance requests have all had only a day or less turnaround. The greater thing is every interaction leaves me with a smile

MILITARY BEWARE!!!! They will charge you for the month you move and the next month if you have to PCS or deploy. They do not care if you give them a month or more prior notification with orders or not. Your BAH will not cover it and you’ll be paying out of pocket. If you attempt to contact them to explain how the serviceman and sailors act works, it won’t work. The office managers words were, “Who says that we have to follow that?”

These apartments are absolutely gorgeous! The complex is clean and very well maintained. The staff is always willing to go above and beyond within reason to help you with anything. Mory is on top of any repairs needing done in your home and I truly can’t thank him enough. Kayla and Emily are an amazing pair to keep this place running! They always have such an uplifting energy whenever you talk to them. You can see the passion they have and it’s so refreshing! I would absolutely recommend Hillby Station for your housing needs.

My husband and I lived at the Hilby Station for 3 1/2 years. Over the years our rent went up $200+ dollars with no improvements. When leaving the apartment we left a month early (paid for the month to honor our contract) the manager told us we didn’t need to come for the walk through because she said there wasn’t anything we needed to worry about.… I was under the impression we would be receiving a check in the mail (our deposit of $200) after the apartment was processed. Instead, I received a letter stating that there were damages that magically added up to $207 dollars. I tried

Excellent customer service! When I showed up for a tour, Taylor was hosting a community gift wrapping event. It really shows how much effort she puts into making the residents feel welcomed and wanted. Definitely a place I would love to live! Grounds were beautiful and the model apartment was spot on! This has been one of my favorite places to live. We had a north facing apartment with a great view of Mt Spokane and a huge duck pond right over the fence. Prices were reasonable for rent and the apartments came with a garage which was handy for extra storage. Everyone seems to be respectful about noise, sometimes it felt too quiet which was great.
