We are excited you are interested in applying for a home we manage. Fair Housing Statement: Bluewater Property Management LLC conducts all business in accordance with Federal Fair Housing Law, as well as local and state laws. We are a fair housing provider. We do not discriminate against persons on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, familial status or handicap/disability.
Bluewater Property Management LLC knows pets are members of the family, and we warmly welcome approved pets in the homes we manage. If you are applying to live in a home and have a pet, a completed pet profile via PetScreening.com is required to accompany your rental application. A pet profile is required for each pet.
We adhere to all Fair Housing practices, rules and regulations and any other applicable laws. We list available homes for rent as soon as we can. If you would like to receive notification when new homes are listed for rent, please "like" our Facebook page - www.facebook.com/bluewpm. When additional security deposit is required due to insufficient credit or rental history, it is given in the form of last month's rent.
Bluewater Property Management has been designed with the property owner (aka you!) in mind. Aaron Silverman, Founder and Property Manager-in-Charge, owns rental properties. When he created Bluewater Property Management, he built the company he wanted to hire when he bought his first rental property.
Plans and pricing information is for single-family properties. Multi-family properties are billed based on the number of units and the condition of the property. Property Advertising (includes pictures and walking tour video, website listing on BPM's website and 25+ rental property advertising websites).

Aaron and the staff at BPM have been fantastic to work with over the course of the past 5 years. Aaron is very attentive and quick to respond and keeps the best interests of both the property owner and tenants at heart. He is quick to address any issues that arise and provide a detailed explanation of the issue and the options available to address them (or he just addresses them if they are small enough). I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, trustworthy property management company who will care for your investment as if it were their own.

BPM manages multiple properties for me. The communication on each property is superior - monthly statements and property drive-bys are a plus. Having the perfect tenant that takes care of your home and pays their rent on time is certainly a blessing. Unfortunately, finding that perfect tenant on your own can prove to be extremely difficult. I’m not sure what made me think that living down the street from my rental would make it easy to manage. This was certainly not the case. Taking time off work to chase after a tenant when the rent’s due quickly takes you down the road of anti-anxiety medications. For the service BPM provides at their reasonable rates, you absolutely must get their service. I did have a different management company

Just don't hope to get any thing fixed within a reasonable amount of time. You'll be old and grey before that happens. I'm saying this out of long term experience, not just one isolated event. I noticed a lot of the posts have been from property owners, but if you become a tenant just keep it in mind. Wouldn't really be an issue if you're a good handy man yourself.

We have worked with various management companies over the past 5 years. This company has by far exceeded all expectations. Aaron is very dedicated to his work and treats your home like his own. The difference between this company and many others is that their primary focus is property management. They are not a real estate agency with a management company attached as an afterthought. Although a smaller group, the experience level and knowledge is above that of many of the bigger groups. Another unique aspect of this company is that they charge a flat rate management fee as opposed to a percentage
