Restorative yoga is a very slow practice using lots of yoga props such as bolsters, blankets, yoga blocks etc. to help you feel comfortable in each pose. In each pose you will be very still allowing the muscles to heal naturally. This is a great practice for anyone that has had previous injury/surgery or for anyone that just needs to slow down and heal their body.
I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your classes. I really think you are a fantastic teacher (I've taken classes with probably about 15 different instructors over the years and you are easily one of the best!). I hope everything with your new job is going well. I posted a link to your webpage on my facebook page and have been telling friends, hopefully some new people will try it out, too.

I am reentering back into yoga after a 5 year hiatus. I’ve been practicing with Bella Yoga for the past 6 weeks. The main reason I chose Bella Yoga is its faith based practice. I feel beyond blessed that God led me to Michelle and I am grateful for her care and positive encouragement as I begin my practice again. It’s really special to be able to do yoga with a biblical practice and I feel my faith strengthening each day I am on the mat. I am not very flexible right now and Michelle offers me modifications that allow me to practice with ease and comfort. Given Michelle’s 11 years of teaching

My family and I are new to yoga, and our first experience was with Michelle at Bella Yoga. We have enjoyed our weekly classes with her and especially the Yoga in the park for Easter Sunday.

We are most certainly a yoga family now, thanks to Bell Yoga!

Have been going for a little over a month and I’ve really been enjoying my experience. This is my first time ever doing yoga and Michelle is a great teacher no matter how experienced (or inexperienced) you are. She makes sure you are doing the poses correctly and lets you go at your own pace. I also like that the class sizes are small.

Just not a very inspiring teacher...her yoga classes are well below average. Not to mention she’s the ONLY instructor! You will find more variety at a rec center. There are also other studios close by that offer Pilates/Barre along with yoga classes. Better “bang for your buck” going elsewhere.

Went today for a special Saturday live music event. The live music quality was well above what I was expecting for a yoga class. Spectacular.
The yoga was just what I needed after a very busy, stressful week. Michelle's approach is very welcoming and accommodating to all levels. Love her story and purpose for doing yoga. Check it out, you won't regret it.

It's honestly not that great. I tried it out and you could get similar classes at the Carpenter Rec Center. Along with that their business practices are annoying. In this modern age, advertising online is absolutely necessary, but the owners of this company spam other websites.

Word of advice to the owners: People are becoming less sensitive to online ads. Post once or twice, they might think it's a great business. Spam any and all available social media outlets, people will gradually hate your company more and more.

I enjoy supporting small businesses but after all the spam I have

This was my first time at Bella Yoga. It was amazing. I loved the calm inviting environment. The music and fish tank were so soothing. I loved the intimate small class I attended. I will definitely come back

She deleted my last review. She does business very poorly. Don't give her your credit card info, do not expect her fb friends request. She will spam all your friends on your page to get more buisnes. Her cancellation fee is $200.

The owner blasted my Facebook page to promote her businessand and sent friend request to my friends the day after I signed up. My friends were very upset with me. I was so uncomfortable and embedded. Then I canceled my 6 month membership . I think she did this on purpose so I would cancel and she would get the cancelation fee.

I will post this again and again

I started with Bella Yoga 4 months ago and have been very pleased! Michelle offers a wide variety of classes (Gentle Yoga is my fave!), and class times are reasonable as well. You can tell Michelle is passionate about her practice, and she does her best to make everyone feel welcome! I always come away feeling relaxed and at peace.

I love Bella Yoga! I started practicing with them about 2 months ago, and I'm hooked! Even my family is noticing a change in my level of peace. Michelle is an excellent instructor who truly cares about her students. I've learned so much already. Bella Yoga is super welcoming and feels like a second family. I highly recommend this place. It's hard to find classes for kids in our area outside of the standard ballet and gymnastics classes. My daughter has always been so excited about yoga and has loved doing it at home. I was so pleased to find a studio that offered yoga for kids close to home. My daughter has taken "Mini Yogini" on Mondays and it's been wonderful. Michelle is awesome with all the kids and even had patience with my 3 year old who was not taking the class. The studio space is beautiful and welcoming. Taking classes here will not disappoint. I would highly recommend it.

Bella Yoga is amazing!

My 4 year old daughter started the "Mini Yogini" classes on Mondays in January and she LOVES it, looks forward to it every week. Michelle is amazing with the kids!

I started taking her classes during the weekday mornings a couple of months ago. Not only am I more relaxed, but I can tell a difference in my body. I'm more limber and my body doesn't ache like it used to.

Michelle is a great teacher, she's very informative and extremely kind. I prefer Bella Yoga over other major gym establishments, much more relaxed and inviting.

Love this studio, and the teachers. Michelle, and Ashley are amazing teachers. There are many levels and styles of yoga for men , women , and children. Clean and fun atmosphere. I also love all the different workshops, and retreats that they do. I highly recommend this studio for anybody.

I do not recommend the yoga teacher training. I recently graduated and found the training to be lacking. Michelle had to make frequent changes to the asana material during class time as she had not appeared to review the text before including it her curriculum. Classes were frequently cancelled or delayed with little notice, requiring time to be made up outside of regularly scheduled class time. A lot of training time was devoted to promoting studio events. The "internship" was not an internship at all. She never checked in or gave me valuable feedback during that time. This program is

I live in Thornton, where finding a yoga studio is close to impossible. As someone who doesn't like "hot" yoga, it's even more difficult. Then I discovered Bella Yoga in Henderson, right next to the Thornton/Brighton area.

I have been practicing with Michelle at Bella Yoga for almost a year now. Her classes and studio help me release anxiety, stress, and find peace. Not to mention I get a good workout!

She always has props available to students, including blocks, holsters, blankets, and even eye pillows for savasana. I enjoy her vinyasa class the most and love what hatha

Unfortunately I had a similar experience as Katie. I enjoyed going to Bella Yoga in the beginning but shortly after the owner started posting stuff on her business page about personal matters. It made myself as well as others I know feel uncomfortable. Sadly it gets even worse. We both have children about the same age, and because I don't think my child should hang out with her child the owner has canceled my membership, as well as block me on Facebook too. This is very poor business manner. Shocking actually. I do not recommend Bella Yoga. The owner has good potential but she lets

I attended classes here for about a year, and they were always really good. Then the owner got really "weird" - she wouldn't respond to questions I had, unfriended & blocked me on Facebook when I asked her a question about her kids' school (as my daughter is starting school there in the fall and she had been speaking negatively of it and I wondered why since we are new to the school) and wouldn't respond to e-mails when I asked her what was going on. I just can't find myself relaxing and having my yoga practice be effective when I'm not comfortable with the
