Losing weight and getting in shape doesn't have to mean hours at the gym or bland, diet-y meals. I train busy people 100% online to help them save time and get the results they really want, with key goals, strategies, and support. In 2016, I was a busy in-home personal trainer in New York City.

I worked primarily on the Upper West Side (where I lived), and I spent every weekday popping in and out of people's apartments (and apartment gyms) twice a week for 60-minute sessions.My schedule was packed, and these were rich and rewarding. You will get the help you need to achieve your physical goals - any combination of weight loss goals and performance goals (like running a race).

I do one thing, and I do it better than any other online app or fitness service. I coach you one-on-one to reach the goals you really value, with balance, no-nonsense strategies, and smart psychology. And I do it 100% online. But with all the misinformation out there about weight loss and health, you may not know exactly how to do this.

Rachel has been wonderful to work out with. I never thought it could be possible trading via zoom but Rachel has perfected this. I feel as if she is in the same room with me. She is so knowledgeable and attentive and she keeps me focused and highly motivated! If you want to get in shape, I highly recommend Rachel!

For me, working with Rachel has been a game changer. I have achieved things that I just have not been able to do on my own in the past. In the past 3 months, I have never missed a workout. This is partly due to the fact that Rachel set me up for success and always makes my plans “do able”. Also, I am a person who greatly benefits from having the outside accountability.
Did I mention that my entire program has been virtual and that I don’t live anywhere near Rachel!? It has been the absolute perfect solution during Covid. Everything I need is on my phone including my meal tracking, my workouts

Working with Rachel has made my fitness journey exciting and interesting. When I started with Rachel, my intention was to work with her in person. When COVID changed this, we switched to an online format of training weekly along with online diet and nutrition support. I couldn’t be happier with our system! Working online has made working out convenient, right from my own basement. Rachel has so much knowledge not only about workouts but about nutrition as well. She seems to have a fix for every bump along the way! Workouts remain different and interesting, keeping it fun! I would highly recommend

Working out with Rachel has been great. After moving to the area I was apprehensive about starting with a new trainer, since I loved mine in Hoboken, but after meeting, I automatically knew she would be a fantastic partner. Rachel is fabulous. Knowledgeable, practical, motivational, real. I started with her two months ago and have been amazed with the results. I’ve lost 14lbs of fat and gained 4lbs of muscle. But more than that, I feel like she has helped me make small changes in my life that will permanently change it for the better.
The workouts she gives are manageable and customized. I knew nothing about working out (really and truly nothing), but was able to follow everything she gave me.
She checks in every few days about what’s working with workouts/nutrition and what needs tweaking. Always helpful, supportive

Rachel is a fantastic personal trainer. I work with her remotely and find she stays very connected with what’s going on with my health and fitness—so that if I am having an issue with a workout or my nutrition, she knows how to help me course correct. She’s also very good at listening—she’s never pushing me to do things I wouldn’t want to do, but rather helps me explore areas of growth I’m actually interested in. I discovered Rachel's on-line coaching program through her blog posts and signed-up for Tone Every Zone Challenge 1 this year. It was a 28-day life-changing experience for me. When I reached out to Rachel in May- I was at my wits end - I had worked with other nutritionists but was still 15 lbs over weight - pushing almost 127 pounds - heaviest I’ve ever been at 5’2”. I had no energy and was so down I hated my appearance and how I felt.
