Moms complete a 40-45 minute workout with kids in their strollers (or big kids playing on side). Each workout is followed by a 15-20 minute mommy-and-me session focused on the kids (singing, dancing, instruments, bubbles, balls, etc). We have morning classes year round, and evening classes in the Fall and Spring. For Summer and Evening Classes, a babysitter is on-site to entertain older, "non-stroller-aged" kids!

What is Whee Get Fit & Play? Whee Get Fit & Play Stroller Fitness, LLC is a boot-camp-style fitness class for Moms, whose babies can attend in strollers, or older children, playing on the side. This business was designed to foster a community of Moms who connect, bond, support, commiserate, and cheer each other on during this "brutiful" (beautiful + brutal) time in our lives called motherhood.
I just had a baby, when can I start exercising? Typically at 6 weeks postpartum. But every woman is different and we recommend obtaining your physician's thumbs-up before beginning any form of exercise. How is my child going to last in the stroller for 40 mins? The #1 goal of the 40 minute stroller fitness portion of class is to give our Moms an awesome workout.
This class pass gives you access to 20 morning or evening Wheee Get Fit & Play classes. This pass may be used whenever it is convenient for you - but must be used within a 12 month period. Monthly Membership: Automatically deducted from your credit/debit card each month. Unlimited monthly access to all Morning Wheee Get Fit & Play classes, Monday - Thursday at 9:30 AM.
