AWESOME! AWESOME! Everyone in the office, especially Merina, was kind, professional, amazing and made me & my furry baby feel right at home. They also made the application process the smoothest ever!! I am grateful! The dog park, gorgeous mountain views, beautiful, green grounds, flowers, pool & jacuzzi are absolutely stunning!! I've never experience a bad service like I am having right now at Casas adobes. 4 days without water and never received udated information from the office, everytime I called they never knew when it was going to be ready but I went to the plumbers to get information from them and they inform me better than the office did. No compensation at all.

My gf and I have lived in numerous apartments in Tucson and haven't felt as happy or at-home anywhere else like here! The ladies in the office are super friendly and helpful and really go out of their way to make it feel like home. A lot of people complaining about the recent water issue, but reasonable people will realize it was just unfortunate. It's not like it was intentional. Things happen sometimes and the staff worked hard to accommodate everyone. And we've had FAR less problems here than at prior complexes. We've had our hot water heater break and flood the apartment twice in a few months

I've lived in Tucson since 2014 and I've lived in a number of places. Casas Adobes Apartments is the first place that I really feel at home.
I love the location. North Tucson has such a great view of the mountains!
Right next to a small shopping center and in the middle between the Tucson Mall and The Foothills Mall.
As far as my apartment, one of the things I learned a long time ago was to always have a washer and dryer in unit. The apartment they had available didn't have what I need so they built a laundry closet and installed a very nice new washer and dryer set. There's also 3 different

My daughter is a resident and has had no water for days. This is considered a necessary service by Arizona state law.
Obviously, residents should’ve been given an option to stay at a hotel with which management has set up an account. Management should’ve brought an extra people to answer the phone as calls are currently going unanswered. Multiple calls - no answer. During business hours.
Management should’ve paid for professional plumbers to come in to work round the clock to get this solved.
Yes this is going to cost the company money but that is to be expected when you are doing business

No running water almost every month, this month takes the prize for no running water for 5 days during the holiday day week. I have lived in a third world country and was able to get more water than the 6 water bottles a day this apartment complex provided. We are also going through a global pandemic and a just couple of portable restrooms were provided for its hundreds of residents.
