Loud, old, bug infested, expensive, dirty, and unsafe apartment complex. Lived here for two years. Can’t wait for lease to end. Not worth it at all. Apartment has been broken into. There are multiple additional monthly fees. The insulation in the apartment is non existent. Paper thin walls. Would not recommend to anyone.

I have lived here at Bentley Green Apartments for almost 2 years and the place is always clean and quiet. Maintenance are always prompt when I place a work order and it doesn't matter if its for something inside or outside and they always do excellent work. I really enjoy living here. Well here we are in a New Year, but with the stomping, jumping, running, ball bouncing and total disrespect for the people living below them. There is a new twist on our part. We called the police and will continue to report the excessive noise coming from upstairs. The police has encouraged us to continue to call them and continue to record the noise. We were also encouraged to inform the office of the noise level again. I explained that we have exhausted that avenue. We explained that the office does not even address the noise. How happy I am from this staff working here to maintain it. I asked them for some repairs in the kitchen and bathroom. Immediately they changed everything, with professionalism and perfection. Anastasia was extremely efficient with helping us getting an apartment set up when moving from Maryland. The apartment was ready when we arrived with a check in time of 5 minutes. The property looks well maintained and is located in an area with abundant shopping, all in walkable distance. The one bedroom apartment is clean with new grey carpet and is well sized. The screened in balcony is a real plus with a storage area. We are all excited and were pleasantly surprised. Thanks Bentley team for all your help making this move go so smoothly!

I can't stop being amazed at how unprofessional this place is. We put another, yes another complaint asking that the upstairs tenants curtail the running, stomping, jumping, that occurs 7 days a week starting at 7am lasting until the child goes to bed. Of course they gave a very good sob story about how they try to take him out and keep him quiet, and that he's in school everyday. We explained that the 3-4 days a week he is in school is not the problem, it's as soon as he gets home and all day Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We were told that unless we were being hindered in a medical way there was

I had an issue in my building. I was not able to call the office direct so I submitted it through the resident portal. I was pleased to know they read emails right away. They immediately responded and took action. Then offered to try and improve another issue. Normally these are issues in other places from the reviews, but I have never had an issue with the staff or maintenance. Great Job and respectful maintenance crew.

I love my comfy little one bedroom apartment and everything about it. Rich Martin I believe his name was switched out my dishwasher with one that works and also fixed my ac in one go and I appreciate his hard work and professionalism. The only thing I have a concern about is for the life of me my patio screen will not stay completely on for too long and there's always wasps flying around threatening to come in. I wish that would be permanently fixed but overall everything else is great

So this happened after I boiled a pot of water last night… soooo much calcium in the water, it’s gross. The water also smells like boiled eggs. There are so many spiders.. I sweep down at least 6 spiders from my door every evening. The hallways gets covered in webs. This place is good if you’re looking for something cheap, but it definitely has not been a pleasant experience. Won’t be staying here another year.

Me and my partner have lived here 4 months now and I can say I’m not sure why this place has so many good reviews. Our experience has definitely not been top notch, or even close. The complex itself is very nice and spacious and our apartment is very open and comfortable, but the maintenance problems we’ve had in the past four months are getting quite ridiculous. The maintenance staff is fairly quick (most of the time) but it still does not make up for the inconveniences. I absolutely love it here! We have been apart of this community for almost 6 years. The office staff and maintenance are amazing. They are very helpful with any questions or problems you have and quick to have any issues fixed. The community is quite, clean and well maintained, with 4 pools, 2 gyms, a dog park, and more you definitely don't need to go far for entertainment! If you are thinking about living here donit! You won't be disappointed.
