This place is a big joke. Dont move here. They dont fix anything. The manger lost her mine. Its not worth what they want. They are very Prejudiced They lie and say you owe money for a year ago and want you to pay more money every month and then they take your rent and then they add more to it so the check bounces so don't live

I have been calling this establishment for months but they never reply or call you back. I am not even a tenant there and if they treat you this bad; I wonder how bad their treatment is once you sign a lease. Terrible! They must be paying people to add such great reviews like where I live now, as they are sending emails to people to add good reviews for gifts. Just wondering, Wow!

Your deposit and add more fees. I remember they did an inspection a month before I moved out everything came out perfect. But when I moved out and asked Grace for a final walk through she said she was busy and I need to turn in my keys. So I did biggest mistake that snake added a lot more

This is a amendment from my review 5 months ago. Since my last review this property has hired a new person to work in the office that in my opinion is WAY more qualified and professional to manage then the Manager Greysi.
Greysi has NO prior management experience from what I gather from the many times I spoke with her supervisor. She is vindictive and unprofessional and has NO business managing a property.
She has lied and behaved unprofessionally on so many occasions. This all of which her Manager Jenna is fully aware of (I have witnesses and recordings) I now know its the property management

I have just moved in and Dana park apartments is so far the most pleasant and enjoyable place to live I have seen. Apartments are stylish, spacious and full of amenities, the complex itself has so many great things for tenants and it is truly worth the price of admission. Greysi and Nuvia are concise and quick to help and wonderful to work with and ask questions to. Overall leasing staff is great and apartments are wonderful. Love it here!

We moved in here on very short notice and the manager was extremely accommodating. The management team is extremely professional and really do care about the tenants. They do not hound and aren't overly excessive with constant reminders. I had a maintenance issue and was helped super fast (both times!). They work very hard to provide same day service and communicate when they need extra info.
I'd highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, friendly environment where you do matter as a tenant.

I have lived here since October 2020. It has been a trying experience from move in. I wasn't able to move in the day I was supposed to because they hadn't completed the floors in the unit and don't bother to call until I was already in the parking lot with a loaded Uhaul. Then I come back the next day and the cleaners were still in and I had to wait longer to move. December 2020 they went to an online only pay. I attempted to make my payment online and it wanted to charge me 30 dollars extra to make the payment with a debit card and no option for a bank account. I called the office

I been here almost a year. My experience here has been great. This complex is super nice and pretty apartment rooms. I’ve had no issues with bugs. Coming from a complex with bugs. It is so nice to live here and not have that problem. The maintenance people are super nice and quick with requests as well.

I have lived here for two years and there has been a lot of change since I moved in. Lately the changes have been very positive. The new staff is great, they are always responsive to tenants issues and very friendly. It is an overall better change. The new staff really seems to care about the community and they make this a great place to live.

I moved here in early Jan 2021. I know that isn't alot of time, but felt a positive review was still warranted. The community is very kind and I have had any and all interactions with my neighbors be positive. In regards to the Office Staff, they have all been very attentive to any of my questions or needs, and are always willing to assist me. There have been a few community events also, which I appreciate. Also communication or news has been delivered with enough time and consideration for residents.I just wanted to say thank you to the staff.

I went to Dana park apartment couple weeks ago to inquire about apartments, prices ranges and availabilities. I spoke to Dania throughout the whole time. She explained all the details thoroughly and she also showed what are available within the next few months. I like this area a lot.

I'm looking to move to Mesa in the coming months and looked in the Dana Park area, I was really impressed in the size of the apartment and location. I have not made a final decision but Dana Park is definitely in my top choices the apartments are very spacious and the layout is great. I like the community garden idea, and that they all come with washer and dryer in units. I hope they have availability during my time frame.

No update on COVID-19 response. The office has been closed for weeks and USPS can no longer deliver packages. There are packages waiting in the office that residents are unable to retrieve and incoming packages are being returned.
Landscapers continue to use leafblowers between 1 and 2 times per week, sometimes 8 hours in one day. While landscapers have not been excluded from the essential workers list provided by Gov. I've been here a number of years and this has to be the worst management I've ever seen. Nothing gets fixed on time and when you do get serviced it's the wrong things fixed. Don't even get me started on the pool conditions. The back hot tub has been broken for the last 10 months!! Each time I've gone up to the office it's a different excuse on why it's broken and was told I should use the front one and not worry about the back. I lived here end of 2011-2012. I joined the Navy in 2012 and went to the office to take myself off the lease. I was taken off the lease with no issues. However, my ex-boyfriend and his friend remained and finished up their end of the lease. They incurred a charge. They didn't pay it off and for whatever reason, Dana Point apartments (as they were initially called), also sent my name to the collections agency even though I was officially no longer on the lease.
