I do not recommended this complex. We have lived here for a couple years under the previous managment and orginally gave this complex 5 stars. We truly never experienced any issues. CAF management took over and living here has turned into a nightmare. If you have a maintenance request, it will take them two months minimum to fix the issue. The grounds are very dirty and the hallways are always filthy. Trash and stains all over the hallways and the new management does nothing about it. DO NOT MOVE HERE! I moved in end of last month and had submitted a maintenance request for mold in my bathroom wall and on 2nd bathroom fan vent. No one has even come out to my unit to check it. I work in healthcare and am unable to have my phone out at work (during apartments office hours) but it’s impossible to contact them when i do get the chance. cherry on top I was able to make it by the office today DURING HOURS no one was there… extremely unimpressed with management/maintenance here considering i was paying $300 less per month for my previous complex where they always answered the phone

I have been living on the apartment for less than 2 months and already regret moving in.
I have raised multiple service requests and all of them are still open. One for almost a month now. I call reception and they say they will put it on the list for the day but no one shows up.
Reception team also has an attitude against residents I can't understand. They behave like they are doing a favor when you request a follow up on your service.
One of the worst decisions in my life to move to this place! Avoid it at any cost!

For 6 days straight, I had to come home and skip over this trash bag with a broken wine bottle. This place is filthy with no maintenance. 2 years ago management was great, I would submit a service request and would get it checked out THE NEXT DAY. The maintenance men were ALWAYS in sight very early in the morning until 5pm. That's not the case anymore. You can't even get in contact with the front office just get sent to voicemail. I cannot wait for my lease to end.

This apartment is so horrible, the hallways are really dirty and the trash cans look like they haven't picked up the trash in 3 weeks. Went over there to rent an apartment and the office management is really disrespectful. I dont reccomend coming here.

We loved living here and had no issues until they changed management. The new management is terrible. We had a maintenance request pending for over a month. We made multiple follow ups and were ignored or told they would get back to us. They never did so we had to hire our own contractor to fix our apartment. Be warned that if you have a maintenance issue, you are on your own to fix it. This has been a MAJOR complaint by numerous residents. Another major issue is they cannot keep up with their files. When I first moved in it was great. That was a little over a year ago . So amazed I decided to renew again back in July. Now I wish I didn’t everything has changed and it’s not worth it. No Parking , Stolen Packages, Loud Neighbors, rude staff. Just ready for July again to move.

Do not move here. You can never get in touch with the manager in person or through email. Don't bother putting in a maintenance request It's been over 3 weeks since I put in a request and the issue still isn't fixed. Dumpsters overflow, no parking spots, staff is rude. Looking forward to moving out of this place.

This property is horrible, when I moved in almost 3 years ago we had little to no problems when Amanda was here. I remember when she was still here maintenance was always walking around and assuring the property was clean, that’s not the case any more. Once they booted her out this property turned into a dump. Trash everywhere, gates constantly broken, dumpsters over flowing and the worst of all, horrible office staff. They are very rude. I moved here during COVID it was great the first 5 months while Amanda was there she was an amazing manager. Your biggest mistake was getting rid of her. After she left all hell broke lose. Trash everywhere, the gates always broken, towing residents out of their paid parking spaces, huge HUGE roach issue, rude office staff, people that don’t live there getting in the pool and gym etc. I’ve had so many issues with this place! The gate was broken 2 weeks before I moved out June 2021 it’s still broken as of now August 2021. They have no security, they fine and punish residents for non residents
