We have lived here over two years and have had an on-going issue with the crack in our bathtub since we moved in. After 3 resurfaces and more than enough patience, the crack is still there and “up to standards” according to the new management at the Vineyards/Knightvest. A 10 inch crack that has been resurfaced three times and still not repaired is perfectly fine with the vineyards. Never mind the safety issues concerning the potential for mold or injury which will absolutelyland themselves a lawsuit. I was told by Nancy (after 5 weeks of back and forth) that I could pay $360 to replace

I've lived here for almost 6 years and never had any major issues until the last few months after the management company changed.
Now the gates never seem to work, maintenance issues are ignored for days and it's impossible to get ahold of anyone at the front office.
Our water was shut off for scheduled maintenance, and it was supposed to be off until 5 pm. It is now 6 pm, and it's still off and there has been no update on when it'll be back on. Our sprinkler closet has hada beeping alarm going off for weeks and no one has taken care of that either. They changed the security system on the gates

I love everything about this place, it truly is Home, the friendly staffs and their maintenance Service is on point. I don’t have any negativity to say about this place because I wasn’t here longer than other residence but so far I have nothing to complain about. I would love though to see some improvements on the kids playground, I am not living with kids but I often visit the playground and the kids need more. Thank you, your resident from far far away 🇦🇸🇼🇸
