I feel compelled to leave a truthful review as Cornerstone Ranch is offering to pay residents for 5 star reviews. Beware! These apartments are not a good place to live. I don’t recommend this place at all. They don’t take care of anything. My apartment is full of broken appliances, water damage, mismatched paint and IF they fix anything it’s a poor bandaid fix. The gate damaged my car because it’s constantly broken and they said it’s not their responsibility. They do not care!

Beware. This place does not care about anything. They showed me an apartment that looked in good condition, but rented me another. The appliances are junk. The cabinets are damaged. The tubs and faucets all leak. There’s brown stains from water on the walls and ceilings. Mold grows everywhere from the water leaks. I put in work orders and they paint over things or patch fix (if they do anything at all) The front gates are always broken and don’t work right. Ive watched the gates slam into several cars. Now there’s signs saying they aren’t responsible for damage from malfunctioning gates

Was considering renting an apartment here but quickly changed my mind due to staffs unresponsiveness and unprofessionalism. Seems like no one’s in the office during working hours tried contacting them through contact form on the website no response, tried contacting them by phone no response, call back or email back. Reviews seem to be very accurate. Staff sucks
