This place has some of the most disrespectful children I have ever seen. if you want your stuff stolen or broke this is your place to rent. fire zones are constantly blocked by cars hope there isn't a fire one day again, cars parked in the grass. gates are always open. oh and a shooting right outside Saturday (10.16.21) night. completely unsafe area. some of the staff is amazing, as for the manager she just doesn't have her life together and acts like she hates her job. everything gets half fixed so she can stay in budget for her bonus. her attitude shows through so don't fall for her fake smile

I've lived in several different apartment complexes, and really have an appreciation for a fine, professional office staff when I have one. I have that here at Cimarron Parkway Apts. I've lived here for over 5 years now and could not be happier. Karen and her office staff have never failed to be responsive and informative about everything I have asked about. They work so very hard, are busy every time I walk in yet never fail to call me BY NAME and stop what they are doing to find out what I need! I have never had a problem of any kind that they haven't helped with. Manuel and his maintenance staff

Manuel always does a great job of getting my work orders done. I wish he had some help. I hate when I need to submit a work order. I always see him running around the complex. When he takes a vacation which he truly deserves I pray that I don’t need to put in any work orders because it doesn’t get done as quickly if it is done or correct and done with care. He is a phenomenal hardworking man. I hope the company appreciates him. He will be hard to replace if he ever leaves. Thank you Manuel

This is the first apartment I've rented in 20 years, that feels like "home." I am about to sign my 4th lease renewal.
Cimarron Parkway is different from the others in Katy because, rather than putting money into big, fancy club houses and workout rooms, Cimarron Parkway focuses on your living space and the community.
The grounds are kept clean. Apartments are well-maintained. And, the team of employees makes every resident feel like family with their willing, helpful, cheerful attitudes.

After living here for a year, we learned the truth about this place. Bugs. Tons of bugs. Everywhere inside, the neighbors are gross like most of the insides of the apartment. Don't bother calling the office, they NEVER answer the phone. Have a problem? That's okay! They'll simply bandaid it till it gets worse. I can't even imagine that this place is up to code. Yes it's cheaper but you really get what you pay for. Just don't even bother.

I'm surprised that these apartments have such good reviews.. Well I'm here to tell you the truth about Cimarron Parkway..where do I even start.. When I moved in.. the place had a funny smell and they did nothing about it I thought to myself that I'd just air out the apartment but that still didn't work the smell was horrible it would even give me headaches.. At that moment I knew I messed up and started rethinking everything. Although the apartment complex is quiet.. My neighbors weren't.. They were a couple that would argue EVERY night screaming at each other the woman

Having lived here for six months now, I've learned: the walls are incredibly thin and the pipes get backed up. I figure it's due to the tenants flushing things that they shouldn't be flushing down the toilet. It affects my first-floor unit with $*!#-water coming up through the tub, along with a gurgling, cauldron-like (kind of like boiling, but with cold/sudsy water and no steam?) toilet that overflows with sudsy/foamy water. Water even leaks through the base of the toilet that is sealed to the floor. It's happened twice in the past six months. At least the maintenance crew

I have lived here for over a year now and love it! Management is great! Property renovations are handled in a very organized manner - in a way that keeps the residents best interests in mind. Most importantly, the space and quality of each unit is the best in Katy for the price! Finally, as a young single adult, I feel safe in my home and that is very important!
