We look for Termites, carpenter bees, carpenter ants, powder post beetles, and other wood destroying organisms. Possibly the most important part of the inspection. This will show hidden repairs, pipe leaks, roof leaks, moisture intrusion, and energy costing defects. An in depth look at the entire home inside and out including the exterior grading of the homes lot.

Joshua provided the most thorough home inspection I've ever seen. Our final report was 74 (seventy-four, not a typo) pages long and included items that we never would have thought to check. It was obvious very early into his inspection that the house was not going to be suitable, yet he still covered every square inch of the building. He was so professional and helpful during the process. We have used other services in the past that were fine, but I'll never buy another house without using Done Right.

Josh is extremely thorough, very personable and honest! We were also able to get us inspection done very quickly. He called me to set up an appointment and within 24 hours I had a report in hand with high res pictures and a detailed overview of every section of the house. Josh did an amazing job for us, twice. We found what looked like an amazingly beautiful home and decided to put an offer in on the home. After we were under contract, we had Josh do the inspection. Oh my goodness. The things that he found wrong with the home were unbelievable. The sellers of that house should be ashamed of themselves for not disclosing things that they obviously would have known, but that weren’t apparent at first glance when touring a home. I don’t know what the going rate for home inspections is, but I consider it worth every penny to have avoided that train wreck of a house
