The new UT Tyler staff are stuck up more than that high school cheerleader you used to have a crush on, police walk all the hallways sniffing for "odor". Pool has been closed for months and I have yet to be able to swim in it and my lease ends in a week. Staff will enter your apartment with no notice and will not announce when they are inside. They will unlock all doors and leave them unlocked and leave doors open regardless of who is living In the room. I honestly think this place needs to be turned Into an actual apartment complex where you can have a 4 bedroom apartment or smaller by yourself

Don't move here they're the worst apt. in the USA. They have the nerves to send out a renewal notice.I wouldn't suggest a dog move into this place. I don't need to repeat what the other ppl are experiencing because its all true. These apartment aren't all of that, they might look nice. They make you not want to ever sign an apartment lease. The management is horrible and the staff can be rude and Corporate is even worst. Wish I would have read the reviews before I had moved in. I will be calling the Better Business Bureau as well. The police is always being called because of fighting, partying

The place is ok but horrible customer service if they have a "personal notice" for you they'll just walk in the apartment when you are not there. And when I'm there, they'll still try to come in unannounced and that is really rude!!! I just let them stay outside until they leave . i walked in the office for assistance not to long ago and one of the employees had their feet up like she was trying to kill time since her shift was almost up. The only employee that I actually like up there and is very helpful is the young lady named Corey. If I'm paying rent I should at least have the right to get

Would not recommend. All they want is money and will charge you for every little thing. Moved into my apartment and all the paint was messed up I asked for it to be fixed and never happened. Then I go to move out at the end of the year and they charge me for damage to the paint that was there when I moved in. Area around the apartment is always dirty and trashed. My friend parked in the parking spot right next to the visitors parking spot because all the rest of the visitors parking was full and they tow the car and we have to pay $300. Side note half the parking lot was empty so residents had

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The apartment complex looks nice but it is sooooo not worth it. Everything in the apartment is so cheap. However, that's not the bad part. The problem I have is with the management and residents. There is never anyone in the office that knows what they are talking about. ALL the employees are so rude. I had a problem with my wifi and I called suddenlink and they said my apartment complex had to call. I went up there and no one would do anything. I had to call suddenlink back and pretend I was a manager at the Reserves to get any help. Later, I got an eviction notice

They do not communicate with you at all. I had to pay a FULL months rent the day i moved it (21st of Aug) then turn around and pay another FULL months rent on the first. They do not let you know that when you are signing your lease. They WILL NOT work with you if your FINAid hasnt went through yet. Seeing that this is STUDENT living i find that very unhelpful. I haved lived in student living before moving here and they were more than understanding and helpful. DO NOT MOVE HERE! The staff and manager are beyond rude. You can tell they are only here for a paycheck nothing more nothing less. The Manager

DO NOT. I repeat, DO NOT live here at The Reserve. They take forever to get a problem fixed and they don't even care. I've been calling and leaving them voicemails for 2 weeks now and they haven't responded. I've went to the office about certain situations and the manager gets an attitude with me because she doesn't want to deal with it. Our air conditioning goes in and out every time the weather changes. Our hot water has gone out twice and they took their time to fix it. If you have a pet you surely don't want to live here because you pay a $300 deposit plus $20 extra a month. I pay for my pet

DO NOT LIVE HERE! THESE APARTMENTS ARE NOT SAFE! I have lived here for almost a year and have had to call the police and 911 a number of times. My car was stolen from the parking lot in broad day light!!! I do not feel safe to walk outside and I am counting down the days until I get to move. Please please please do not live here! I am not writing this review out of anger. I am only writing this in hopes of saving someone from having to live here and fear for their life everyday.

I took over a friend's lease for the summer. They misled me on what I had to pay to move in so I overpaid and was refused a refund of the extra. Electricity went out multiple days in July in extremely hot weather. I pride myself in being clean and was there THREE MONTHS. On move out I was charged $50 for carpet cleaning, $50 for paint, $50 for general cleaning, and another amount for "damages", costing me my deposit and more. I emailed a charge dispute as the instructions said giving several reasons why they were wrong and received a one sentence response of "The charges on your account are correct
