We've been here 6 months and haven't had any issues just good experiences.

This place has gone downhill but had been updated so to speak the pool resurfaced, fitness room, paved parking lot, reduction of recycling centers think they don't want to pay for 4 corner pickup. New grilling and picnic areas which 9 building of residents can't use because every weekend some people monopolize from 7am to dark for their parties of 23 to 30 people which its a 2 guest limit. People live here not on leases or background checks. Management does nothing about parties by the pool or beer pong which no alcohol is allowed by the pool. People don't clean up after their pets

I want to start by stating that I am updating my previous Yelp review. When I moved here from Chicago with my boyfriend, we were excited to rent an apartment at Beneva Place. Since the move, there have been a few changes in management. Before, we were greeted with a smile and were given answers. However, now that is not the case. Anytime that I have had questions about changes and/or issues with this complex, I am told by the staff that they do not know the answer. Don't rent owners don't do anything for you but like buying distressed properties to get tax breaks and add another Bentley to their stable. Better places to rent where you get what you paid for.

Clean Apartments convenient to downtown Sarasota and the beaches comfortable, quiet and Pet friendly. We lived there for Six months no complaints

Well, the landscape is pretty. Lots of shade and little paths with big trees everywhere. I had set up an appointment to look at the apartments. I wanted it early.
