Commonly known as simply a "termite inspection, " a Wood Destroying Insect Inspection is a comprehensive inspection that identifies evidence and damage from termites, carpenter ants, carpenter bees, and powder post beetles. This is NOT included with a standard home inspection in Massachusetts, and requires specific training and registration with the New England Pest Management Association.

Nick came to inspect our first home and we just couldn't be happier with the services he provided. Nick is courteous, laid back, gives really thorough information and explains things in a way the average person can understand. Nick did not come across as over bearing but also made recommendations down to small things like replacing window caulk to prevent moisture damage. We would recommend him to anyone looking to inspect their forever home. He also has a thermal camera which many inspectors do not have, so he can scan for damage caused to walls and ceilings that can not be seen with the naked

Nick was highly professional, respectful of the seller's home and us, prompt, highly knowledgeable, and gave us invaluable information and even checked a few non-required things for us as a courtesy without us having to ask (not in the report). He has a very pleasant demeanor, and gave us the facts without any alarm or drama—very chill guy, which was much appreciated.
