Jim was very professional and thorough with his inspection and let me “tag along”; he walked me through his review process, educated me on what he was looking for and provided general tips on how to maintain a house. He gave me a crash course on how furnaces worked, basic water heater maintenance, what I should be looking for on the oil tank, and even gave me a general introduction on the electrical components in the basement. Jim has been an amazing help to our family during an out of state transition. I am currently trying to by my first home, and Jim was able to squeeze an inspection in for me on extremely short notice (all the inspections have to be done 8 days from when I contacted him). Jim was absolutely wonderful. As he inspected the property he was able to identify many of the trees/vegetation that had surrounded the home. He was extremely patient in answering my questions and as he conducted the inspection he explained each step and what many of the remedies would be that he has seen in his experience. He was extremely quick in responding to texts/phone calls and his report was easy

I used Jim for 2 homes that I was looking to buy and if I had to look at anymore I would have used him again. He was very professional and nice.
