If I could give them a 0 star rating I sure would! My family was trying to find an apartment and I came across there sight it said there was 3 units available online. I called 5 times, emailed, and texted them multiple times I even went to the office on the days and times it said they was open. (Monday 10AM-6PM Wednesday 10AM-6PM and Friday 10AM-6PM!) There was NEVER anyone there! We had applied for one of the available units that there website
had said and they still never called us back to even say we had been approved or denied. And it has been 3 weeks! So now I am out $94.00 for the applications

So on there door he advertise that they are open on Thursday but yet they are not open and if you had bill and you paid if full they will not take it off your record i have dealt with them for like 8 months cus they over charged me and had to pay me back so I try to apply for another apt 1 month after my bill was paid in full and they paid me what the owed me to find out they never took it off so I was rejected for the new apt don't move here is a legal nightmare and good luck trying to contact them when they are not there where the advertise and the lady Runing this place half the time has no

Personally, I have had the best experience with management and the apartment unit itself. Newly redone floors, cabinets, counter tops, and bathroom - give it a edge on other places for the price. Only downside, no washer/dryer in units, but they do offer a onsite coin laundry area for their residents. Not my favorite, but for the monthly price, certain "luxuries" can be bent. When I have put in work orders for odds and ends, my issues are resolved within 48 hours.
Thank you Parc East for providing my son and I a safe and updated home for the last year!

Anyone who appreciates to be special and modest in life, seeks the best care, protection and attention to their family needs should at least peak at the place and pick up the phone. Noel Fonseca is a wonderful property manager, most helpful and best host for the small community at Parc East apartments. This is the place where family feels safe, appreciated and respected. All accommodations are simple, but very delightful. It is nice to call this place your joyful home!

My wife and kids moved to the PNW almost two years ago and we fell in love with Washougal. I work at the airport in Portland and this is a convenient 16 minute drive & is a much more affordable city but with the benefits of being close to Portland. We have a view of Mount Hood. Our dog loves the grass and the park across the street is great for the kids and the entire family. They have a beautiful laundry facility & they are constantly improving these apartments. It's nice to be somewhere where they put money back into the place. The landscaping is immaculate and having the option
