Judging by the comments that I've read, it seems like a new company has taken over and has more than likely made quite a few changes, every apartment complex is going to have a tweakers here or there but I'd be happy to give this place a shot.

Managers never around and when they were played favorites with the renters who did not work at all. Monitoring of who is actually staying in each apartment as they are paid by federal government. Cigareets everywhere even that it is non smoking. The units are run down.Its a place to work hard save all you can and get out. Speak to NO one.

Mostly nice people, a few twekers have to go. I look forward to a nicer community soon. Drug addicts need to go, let's implement a drug screening process to get rid of the garbage,.....please? I do not smoke or use drugs, however, I see an increase of needle caps all around. This is very concerning to me. What if my wife gets stuck by sass needle? These ate serious issues
