Randy and Sereena make Riverview an absolute gem! The location is great, and the management is very helpful. I needed a larger space, otherwise I would have stayed at Riverview.

Hope you like hearing your neighbors if you live here. Walls are paper thin, insulation is non-existent so be prepared to run your heat near 24/7 to keep the place warm. The price of rent is incredibly too high for the quality of the units. Avoid this place like the plague.

I can't say enough about the amazing property management team here at Riverview! Randy and his team are professional, organized, trustworthy and detail oriented. They are quick to respond to any issue you may have. I have lived here for several years and have always been impressed with the level of professionalism along with the attention to detail that Randy puts into maintaining the property! Absolutely amazing move-in experience. No one really enjoys moving however Sereena & Randy made it the easiest and smoothest move we’ve ever had. They had everything ready to go and answered all our questions right away. They’re always available when you need them and are fast to respond to any question or concern we have had. Any maintenance issue we had was fixed right away and we couldn’t be happier living here!

I really enjoy living here. Randy is a pleasure to have as the property manager, he is very kind and always willing to help with anything. The complex is clean and quiet. They continue to update the units to keep them modern and fresh. I would recommend my friends and family to live at Riverview Apartments.

My family moved into Riverview Apartments just recently and we are very happy. We really like where our apartment is positioned and the neighboring residents seem very friendly and considerate. Randy, the manager, is absolutely fantastic and has been excellent with addressing and resolving every concern or issue that we have presented. Randy is very kind, proficient, and you can tell that he sincerely cares about the complex and it’s residents (which is rare when it comes to apartments). Reviews for apartments tend to be on the low side and are often given because of one terrible occurrence.

I lived at Riverview Apts. for 8 years and loved it there. The staff, especially Arial and Jim, were so helpful and positive. My repair needs were courteously addressed in a timely manner and when I had issues regarding my transition to my new condo (purchased) regarding timing, Arial was very gracious and helped take a lot of stress off me by problem solving solutions regarding the timing of the closing of my property. I also appreciated the apartment itself as a sanctuary and really loved the place as being special refuge to me. I highly recommend Riverview Apartment Homes and the TMG Staff!

Loud, no parking, unresponsive off site mangers. We can't wait to get out

I've lived here since October of 2014 and I have no complaints. It's quiet, and whenever I email or call I'm being helped right away.
