I highly recommend Kaylyn on helping you find a rental in your area. She is very prompt and responsive, which is necessary when trying to find a place to rent. She went above and beyond for me and helping me understand the process and keeping her line of communication open constantly if I had any questions or concerns. We did a viewing of a house in Sandston on Saturday, I've never done something as different as they do things. Nobody showed up, we had to get a keycode for the door. The realtor that was connected to the house texted that because the house is vacant and due to Covid it's a self guide thing. Which I can understand that. I worked with Kaylyn through the process of getting my place rented out and she was super helpful. She always got back to me quickly and kept me informed of anything I needed to know about.
