It's been many years that I've been going to Precision Eye Care, and even though I'm not in Vancouver now, I will continue to make the trip to continue coming here. The true care and attention here always makes the difference, and the staff who helps you look for a perfect pair of glasses is always so welcome and needed. 20/10 would recommend, eye care to the Nth degree 👏🏽 🙌🏾 💪🏽

Line of work broke my glasses, had no spare whatsoever. Called and set an appointment on a weekend! In and out in 5 minutes for the eye exam, so needless to say Optician was phenomenal. Staff was very fun, helpful, and informative regarding policies & insurance info. during the process of getting them shipped. Overall the best place to get yourself some great quality glasses, where you'll find great family friendly service!

READ FULL!!! Honestly I have been having a really really bad year between, job problems, having a baby, medical problems, financial problems and so on. I was at a Verizon store when their hand sanitizer shot a full pump in my eye. How this would happen idk. I at the time had no money to give and was finally hitting my limit. God has given me another back to back test and I thought I would also lose my eye sight in my only good eye. Everyone here was perfectly nice and professional, answered my questions and were very friendly. They're very LGBTQ friendly and made a much appreciated effort to use my preferred name, not my legal name. No issues getting a copy of my prescription and they have ANSI rated safety frames!
Also I appreciate anywhere I can laugh with the staff, I had a good time goofing around and being silly while we went through the boring but important stuff.

What an amazing new-client experience I had today! From the quick check-in, to routine eye imaging & exams, to fitting me with my first pair of contacts & teaching me how to put them in & take them out, the whole experience was smooth, pleasant, professional & friendly. I watched my ex getting services at Precision eye care, as his previous eye doctor over medicated and miss-diagnosed him.
While going in with him I liked the services: from scheduling appointment to picking up the glasses or contacts its just top notch.
All the staff is friendly and understanding, very professional.
Eye exam was very quick and informative, I'm one of the picky people that takes forever with making decision and always have a million questions. All my need were met and everything was explained, I was even able to change my order a bit and staff was above and beyond to help me

I really like Dr. Chan and have appreciated her service to my child for over three years. The staff is friendly but I had an unfortunate experience with their new receptionist, who failed to verify my insurance, gave me incorrect information on my deductible, and proceeded to overcharge me for two consecutive visits. After confirming with my insurer, they spoke with her and she was not very "pleased," as the rep put it. Why the drama? Just acknowledge the mistake and reimburse me! I finally got over $100 back, but never was there an apology or honest acknowledgement of the mistake

I've been going to see Dr. Chan since I moved to Vancouver and have never had a bad experience. The folks there are all pretty nice and helpful. They're a little on the pricey side but I usually just order my contacts from them which hasn't been too bad. They're also pretty generous with the samples they give me while I'm deciding or waiting for my order.

Overpriced with a doctor who just didn't listen to me. I am getting used to this at the optometrists though. They are all apparently getting some sort of kick backs from companies to push certain products. But when my prescription hasn't changed in years and I know what works, just go with it!
They were really expensive but did bend my glasses back into shape. But I will never go back.

Don't trust them they say they will waive fees etc. and don't. Went in for contact exam, only had to get eyes checked since I already had contacts and they said they would waive the fitting fee, so they ordered me 3 new boxes of contacts through my insurance, I paid the extra cost and have a receipt saying I owe "$0". Now they say it was an error so I owe the fitting fee after all and if I don't pay they are sending it to collections. They even tried to keep my prescription from me after insurance paid.
