The property was very clean. The bathroom and appliances were nice. The location was good. The furniture was old and worn. My husband described furniture as thrift store rejects. Quite depressing and took away from homelike feeling than makes a VRBO desirable. The queen-sized bed wasn’t vet comfortable and the sheets were of very poor quality. The kitchen was very poorly stocked for anyone planning to cook, even for 2 people. If driving to the property, I would advise bringing cookware that you plan to use. Our rental was in a great location close to beach and it was beautifully decorated. Ample seating and amenities for me and my family. The master bed was comfortable but the second bedroom's bed need a refresh. If they upgrade those mattresses it would be a solid 5 star.

Dont waste 200 or more renting through VRBO or like AIRBNB rental companies. Book directly with the.. and you will not go wrong at this property that has an overall bohemian tropical theme. The property is well cared for and offers a private space vlose too all that siesta keys has to offer. It is literally right around the corner and walking distance to everything. The pool took some time to heat up but qas small enough for a small group. The owners offer extra towels and beach gear such as chairs and umbrellas. Some of it is unusable and likely left bh prior renters. This is a smaller property

My boyfriend and I stayed at the cottages and it was extremely dirty and not to mention you have to buy the essentials once you get there even after you spent over a couple of thousand to stay for a week. There was hair in the bed, the blanket had white stains on it (we both know what that is) and the shower was filthy. The host provided one roll of toilet, one fork, one spoon, had no garbage bags, and last but not least there was no hand soap for the bathroom. The TV in the bedroom did not work, the window in the living room did not shut so hot air is constantly blowing in and the air conditioner

No one bothered to tell us that there was a 10 degree difference in temperature between the living room and the bedroom. The AC vent is located knee high on the wall and DOES NOT cool the room sufficiently. Three miserable nights without the need of cover and I paid too good of money to not be informed about that. If that’s not enough, they recommend not turning the AC down below 72 😂😂. When we first arrived, the people prior to us had it on 68 and the bedroom was hot and the living room was cold. The home was okay but the customer service offered from the mama garment company was disgusting. There are tons of other places to rent from in this area so save your money as well as your sanity!

WORST Property Management Company on Siesta Key. I worked with Sammy Marken to rent a condo "on the beach" on Siesta Key. They had a "wonderful completely refreshed free-standing villa in the upscale community of Crystal Sands, a beach front community on the powdery white sands of Siesta Key Beach" that offers "two onsite pools, with outside showers, and a private beach that await your arrival, complete with beach chairs for your fun filled day at the pool or the beach". Well, they forgot to mention that the property was under construction, with beach access CLOSED

I had vacation booked for spring break 2020 and due to mandatory stay home orders and a national shut down we had no choice but to cancel our reservation. I have lost 2185.00 and I have been yelled at and hung up on in trying to get them to handle this in a decent way. Many other rental companies are refunding their clients. Yet they will not budge. I have never been treated so aweful in my life.

This company has no heart! The state of Florida has been sheltered in place therefore we are unable to come from Buffalo New York. We were forced to cancel. We do not want a refund of our deposit. We would like to use the deposit money for next May rather than this year. They will not budge. They say I must use in the 2020 calendar year. Given the state of the jobs in this country due to coronavirus, we will absolutely not be able to take a vacation this year. I understand that is their policy. What I dont understand is where is their sence of right and wrong!!

Google reviews also show his horrible customer service and general lack of human decency. There are tons of places from which to rent in the Sarasota area. Evidently the property manager just discovered my review on Yelp. He reacted as he did with the others. Looks like Joe Meszaros continues to be less than honest in his business practices and it appears to be catching up with him. Just check out the most recent reviews on his property management skills and you will see for yourself. Despite being fluent in 3 languages (as he was so proud to point out to me) he continues to have difficulty with the meaning of honesty and integrity in the English language.

Please don't rent this duplex if you want decent accommodations to stay in! First the bath towels are stained and bleached out, it looks like they've never been replaced! Secondly the sheets on the bed dont fit properly and are shredded at the ends, you'll be basically sleeping on a foam mattress that doesn't even come close to a typical mattress! The dining room chairs are all stained and this unit and the unit above has a ant problem, as I spoke to the tenants. As if that's not enough don't be fooled by a communal pool, figuring it's just meant for this duplex

This management company is sub par, and that is being generous! If I could give negative stars I would. We rented a home they manage which was riddled with ants, rats, spiders and more. The smoke alarms did not work, the hot tub was broken, the ice maker was out of order and the "outdoor kitchen" had a disable faucet and refrigerator. Upon contacting the management company to discuss the above we were told they'd come by...three days later we are still awaiting their arrival. Please stay away from The Bismark and truthfully I would not rent from Rent Siesta Key at all. The management simply does not care and will do nothing if you complain about a thing. I chose this house back early summer as a place to recover from a major surgery. They are very pushy and just want you to sign the contract immediately. I had several questions after the hurricane hit to ensure the house had no flood damage. It took awhile to answer but they did. We called two days before our scheduled arrival date to see if we could shift our whole reservation up one day and leave one day earlier.

Notice they don't have a google review spot, and notice the last review on their website (which you have to dig to find) is from 2017. DO NOT STAY AT SIESTA BEACH HOUSE. I would NOT recommend this townhome condo to anyone (#311). When we pulled up to the back door, the storm door had been broken off the hinges and was leaning against the building with the screen half ripped out. The pictures online are obviously outdated and the pool is not nearly as large as it looks online. It is also right along the main highway so all you hear is traffic while "trying" to relax at the pool.
