Our vacation rentals are located in the heart of Burn's Square Historic District in Sarasota Florida, and are just minutes from Lido and Siesta Key beaches. Choose from any of our 9 smoke-free, pet-friendly units. All units are 100% unique in layout and furnishing. All have free WiFi, private bathrooms, and private entrances.
This one-of-a-kind Sarasota vacation rental is decorated beautifully with great attention to detail. Perfect for a romantic getaway, or a family vacation - it feels like home and includes all the amenities you need to sty in Sarasota for a night, week or month! This spacious apartment boasts an entry way, dining room, bathroom, kitchen, living room and bedroom.
Great for those on-the-go or planning to stay in bed and read - this small studio has cuteness, with all the amenities you could want. It boasts a full-size poster bed, coffee maker, small refrigerator, and microwave microwave, closet with hangers and small bureau, tiled bathroom, books, hardwood floors, fan and ductless air/heat.
Rental cars can be obtained from the rental counters located in the baggage claim wing. The cars are located in the rental car lot just a short walk across the street. Rental cars are returned to this same lot with quick access to the terminal building for departing flights. Head west on General Spaatz Blvd toward US-41 N. Turn left at the 1st cross street onto US-41 S. Stay on US-41 for approximately 4.5 miles.

Denise's place was so adorable. I love the way she decorated! The place was very clean. The area was within walking distance to coffee shops and a trendy area in Sarasota. We walked everywhere. I will definitely be staying again when I return to Sarasota. The one thing that stands out the most about this experience is how Denise handled a little hiccup at checkin that was not her fault. She immediately took charge of the situation and was willing to jump through hoops to make sure our stay was perfect! I don't see this type of customer service anymore. She certainly knows what she is doing. Thanks

Step back in time into the delightful 1920’s apartments of Sarasota. The period architectural details and arrangement of the space hearkens to sassy times in the big city. The efficiencies are well-equipped and tastefully decorated with interesting furniture and engaging art. Enjoy a couple selections from the diverse library and take in the views. This is an awesome spot. The location is great - it's in one of the nicest parts of Sarasota and so close to all of downtown's shops and restaurants. The rooms are beautiful, and each one is completely different from the other. They're all filled with antique furniture and art (real art, not prints from Target) If you're sick of cookie-cutter hotels with their uninspired layout and decor, and no character, then this is the place for you.

Wow, what a beautiful place! Sarasota is a wonderful town and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at these vacation rentals. They're right in the prettiest part of the town, and close to everything. The Italian restaurant downstairs is great too.
The room was much bigger than I expected. It was spotlessly clean, and really nicely decorated. The kitchen and bathroom were both well-stocked with everything we needed. This is the only place I'll ever stay in Sarasota. The building is gorgeous and the unit was decorated beautifully with antique furniture and lots of homey touches like cute blankets and throw pillows. The place was spotless, and the kitchen was big enough to cook meals in and already stocked with basics like oil, spices etc. It's in a quiet spot but also close enough to everything that you can skip the car for your entire vacation if you want. Definitely recommend!
