Greg helped us buy a house on Bird Key, sight unseen. Closed the deal in the airport before we got on the plane. Great income producing property in a fantastic location. I took a vacation in Sarasota over the December 2020 holidays. I wasn’t planning to buy any real estate in Sarasota but I stumbled upon a beautiful townhome at the Enclave at Laurel Park, by David Weekley Homes, and it looked like a great investment, so I signed a purchase agreement on 12/29/20. I live in California and needed to find a great property manager, to help a first time newbie landlord.
