After a day at the beach, you can take a short walk to St Armand's Circle, with it's upscale shopping and specialty restaurants. Lido Surf and Sand is a wonderful place to call home.

Great building. management is a little strict/absurd at times, but building is constantly being updated. amazing view.

Well maintained building with nice pool and reason fitness center. Good location along the Lido shoreline with easy walk to shops and public beach area.
Recent storms have resulted in considerable beach erroison all along the Lido shoreline.

Love this place and the beach has a somewhat private vibe within walking distance to the Ritz Tiki Bar!
