Desi Hardy at Rossi and Co was the perfect agent. She shouldered the burden of managing the rental of my home while I was out of town dealing with my daughter’s cancer. She handled everything she could without bothering me and did it with grace and ease. She must have the patience of a saint because when she told me about the many calls she handled, I was flabbergasted that my renters could be so demanding (and eccentric) - like the 11 pm call that the dishes coming out of the dishwasher were too hot!!!! There were multiple calls about remotes, heat, & refrigerator issues and Desi even acquired

Our experience with Rossi and Co., and specifically its agent Deserea Hardy, has been superb. Deserea has done everything promised, and more. She was present when my wife and I arrived for our condo rental to make sure that everything was ship-shape, and has always been promptly available on-line or by phone when we've had questions or requests during our stay. When special requests have required consultation with the owner, moreover, who lives in Europe, she has invariably obtained approvals within a day or so. Five enthusiastic stars.
