I first worked with Toni James of Sterling Realty in November 2019, when she helped me to purchase a villa in The Meadows. She handled the whole transaction with absolute professionalism and integrity. I was especially impressed by her responsiveness — never once did I wait more than a few minutes for an answer to any call, text, or email. She then went on to manage the villa as a vacation rental until I was able to move in, and she handled every aspect of that relationship just perfectly. Fast forward to May 2020. I made an inquiry online for down payment assistance. I was then contacted by Jeff Lawrence. Unfortunately I was driving into the parking lot of my apartment complex where I do not have good service so the phone disconnected. When I got home I went upstairs to call back when I received a text message saying “Thanks for being rude and hanging up. You made the inquiry not me. However, we only work with NICE people! Good luck with down payment assistance. Goodbye.“

Went through a whole process of showing the house to us and went through the application and everything and meanwhile turned down a few other houses and lost those opportunities just to have them wait to the last minute to tell us the house is not available. Good luck finding a house a week away from moving date. And Toni decided to just text with no phone call. Very irritating with bad customer service. Do not recommend unless you want to deal with the heartache

We rented for 6 months in the meadows. From start to finish toni james was so helpful and was quick to address any and all issues. Will use sterling again when needed. There were a few companies we called to ask about rentals but toni at sterling was the quickest and most enthusiastic response...a fact owners should really value.
