CMC Realty and Property Management owns and manages a variety of apartment communities, homes, duplexes and triplexes throughout the City of Long Beach and other surrounding areas in Southern California. Our goal is to provide quality housing at a good value. We have our maintenance staff that are available to service resident work orders in a timely manner.
As President and Managing Broker of CMC Realty & Property Management, Charles is committed to perfecting processes and systems, building strong owner-tenant relationships, and recruiting top talent to join the fast-growing CMC team. After graduating with a degree in Political Science from San Diego State University, Charles began investing in rentals in 1998 and launched CMC in 2005.

I utilized CMC Realty for approximately 1 year as a property management company while I was living abroad in Europe. The entire time they were very quick to respond and worked with us being 9 hours ahead, making sure to email, text, etc. when we had questions instantly. Jesus and his team were amazing ensuring that all our needs were met. We later decided to not renew our contract with them for an additional year and instead opted to sell our property. Love CMC!!! Charles and all of his staff are knowledgeable and very responsive to owners as well as tenants. They stay updated on what is happening in the market place and are aware of current software programs that aid in communication and problem solving. This makes for happier tenants and owners.

I’ve been a landlord for a rental property for many years but this is my first time in CA. And the first time using a property manager so I was a bit apprehensive about it. Charles and Javier have been great. Very communicative and easy to work with. Their guidance in helping me get the property ready, then their finding qualified tenants so quickly, while saving me the hassle of running reference checks, security checks, drafting a new lease etc, has been great. Looking forward to continuing to work with them. I’d definitely recommend CMC to others.

I have been incredibly pleased with CMC-realty management of our rental. They have been very responsive when it comes repairs and any queues we may have. They have done an exceptional job prepping units for show, and quickly finding qualified tenants. It's have been a night and day difference working with CMC-realty compared with our previous property management company. I highly recommend them.

Charles and his team are awesome. They are professional, easy to deal with and always available to answer any questions or give guidance.
In fact I have contacted Charles on several occasions when I needed help and mentoring on certain issues. He has always responded in a polite and friendly manner so much so that I now consider him a friend.
