The apartments is okay I been staying here since December 16th 2020 but it’s been a lot of roaches an still roaches an this is my fourth time asking to get my AIR fixed an no one has done anything accept change a filter an state that it’s shared with another unit. I pay weeks early on rent every time but I have asthma and bronchitis an can’t breath it’s crazy! Still I feel it is messed up an I’m really trying to keep it positive. I can’t.

Just moved on and it seems the apartment has some sort of relationship with towing vehicles. Parkes my new car in visitors while waiting registration but now it got towed. Same day visitor came by to my neighbor and before 2 hrs of visit at 11am hes car got towed. I hope this apartment is not looking for trouble cause this is illegal. I wish mo one rent this apartments.....yes they economically great but all these illegal way of making money got to stop or something will have to give.

My family and I moved in early 2019. Lydia and staff were great in expediting our application process for the best available unit. The maintenance staff always goes above and beyond. Shortly after moving in our fridge began to have issues. Maintenance tried several fixes with no resolve so they ended up replacing fridge with a brand new one. I'll leave you with this they have always worked with my family to ensure we felt comfortable.

Aside from a comfortable & peaceful living community, I absolutely love the entire staff at huntington circle. Lydia the manager runs the complex so we'll. Her, sal, Alma, Melissa are all great to work with. This also goes for maintenance. Work orders are submitted professionally & completed exceptionally fast. The staff will also follow up with you to ensure that the job was done to your liking. On another important note; the staff takes pride in the upkeep of the complex. I have thankfully never dealt with bugs, rodents or any of the sort. They also host a vast variety of events throughout the

Maintenance is super awesome and very responsive.
Office staff is very communicative and addresses concerns in a timely manner.
The 2-bed has great space and nice sized laundry room. Good sized balcony.
Pricing is great considering square footage and rental costs of the area.
Not really a lot of noise issues outside of people living their lives. Neighbors are nice and kids are quiet at night.

I have waited for almost 3 years to write a review in hopes that I would have something good to say eventually. Nope. It started off bad and I should've known at that moment, this experience would not be the greatest. The day I moved in which was Oct. 31st, my apartment was not ready. I was not able to move anything into my bedroom due to a very bad smell coming from the carpet. The window in the bedroom had a piece of glass missing and there was grafitti on my patio. Keep in mind, I still got charged 26 dollars for the day I moved in, even though it wasn't ready until days after.The turnover has

I would not recommend anyone moving here. They charge premium prices for an extremely outdated complex. Management will not help you, maintenance will take forever to check out whatever issue you're having, then take another extended period of time to fix it. Half the time it wasn't fixed properly. I had to submit several maintenance requests for every issue I had. Parking was horrible when I first moved in but it has gotten better only because tenants have been moving out and they cant fill in their vacancies which does not surprise me. Ill be moving out as soon as my lease is over as well. I

Hi my name is Sabrina johns I live here at Huntington circle. this place is a really good environment for some one with kids to live at or just by your self to. There very clean and well built from the in side I have had no problems living here and if there is one I just call up to the office an they deal with it right away. the works here are very nice. an the get the job done right away not a week later I mean right away that's one thing I like about this place. even the people who live here as well I have no issues with. and I will continue to stay here because I like this place a lot and all

I lived there long time and had no problem until last two new management's just didn't care to do any maintenance work. There is bad water leak problems, the apartment gets all the water in living room during rain. Mold in not just my apartment but several other neighbours also told me about mold problems. Roach infestation and termites! Please go somewhere else if you care about your health and family because all the management dies is paint over mold to cover it. I gave up dealing with the management and moved out and would not recommend this place to anyone. The management started painting house
