I was referred to Petro’s by a friend. I have had multiple car repairs at this business and I’m impressed with the professionalism and service every time. The turnaround from drop off to getting my car back is great - they definitely have pace and urgency to get my car back to me; but more importantly they make sure to communicate with me every step of the way. As a female customer, I don’t think many car repair shops explain the needs of the service and repairs in a fair and balanced way without sounding condescending to women. I appreciate the time the staff spends to explain the needs

Petro Auto Care is Great. Andrea was wonderful professional. Dealing with other customers shows they care about their customers & build great relationships. Provided great customer service & service estimate in timely manner. Mech was on point, identifying that there was a missing tire lug nut. Will have to go back to other shop where I purchased tires less than 2 weeks ago. Service estimate (met budget) / cost (comparable to other shops in area) / time for completion (reasonable wait time) was almost on point.
