The apartment is old. The tub never drains properly. The manager is rude and doesn't care. They will nickle and dime you with fees. I got two 35 dollar fees on rent I paid 6 days early!! They have 0 accountability. Do not answer phones and leave "for lunch" at 3 and do not come back. The office hours are during working hours. They pretend to be a place that provides weekly events and "even togo breakfast" as random thank yous... I have never seen anything like that..not once. I have felt trapped and taken advantage of since the first week. They even had me remove the teddy bear on my porch during

The apartments are old. Walls are not insolated you can hear the tenants as if they are in your apartment. Faulty wiring and lights flicker. Ant and water bug problem. However, management charge a monthly pest extermination fee, but don't exterminate your apartment every month. I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone.

We’ve been living in roper mountain woods for two years now. Let me start by saying Whitney is great in the front office and very helpful. She is the only one I personally want to speak with that I feel is caring and concerned about the tenants. Unfortunately we reached out to the front office on a day she was off and spoke to Rod. We informed him that we found a rat in our apartment. We proceeded to setting out traps one night and by the morning we caught FOUR. We were in complete disbelief and disgusted. Since we are active in having a clean house. While also paying for pest control monthly

My boyfriend lives here and has for two years now, and when my lease is over I plan to move in with him. This is the best possible location, the grounds are nicely kept, the maintenance staff takes care of his work orders super fast, and recently I went to the office with him to renew his lease and the office staff is so helpful! We plan to stay here until we build our own home!
