We are just getting ready to sign our 2nd 12 month lease with Aliso Creek and we are so happy here! Our building is quiet, clean, and feels like home. We’ve only had maybe 3 minor maintenance issues in the year we’ve been here and maintenance comes really quickly and is always able to fix the issue. The office staff is super friendly and always helpful, they just finished the brand new gym which looks great and they have taco trucks on tuesday! So glad we picked this place to be our home.

If you like termites, the smell of cigarette smoke, loud neighbors, horrible management, unsafe living conditions, broken glass & drug dealers..... this is the place for you. I've made multiple complaints to property with no actions taken. Please save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere. There's a reason this property is rated as low as it is.

The leasing agent Andrea is very professional, thorough, and friendly. She has helped make the move in process go smoothly. Also, any requests were handled promptly.

In the past several months it has been a pleasure living here. Anytime we need assistance with something in our apartment their website and inputting a request is user friendly. Jose Araujo is very friendly, courteous, and easy going to help set up our washer and dryer. Everyone here is always helpful and I always look forward to interacting with the staff.

I’ve lived here about 10 months so far and about to sign another year lease. I was somewhat nervous initially after reading some of the bad reviews left by past or current residents, but I have really enjoyed living here and I love my top floor 1bd/1ba apartment so much! I was lucky enough to get in at just the right time/price range and my apartment has the updated cabinetry, granite, stainless steel appliances and my unit came with a fridge. There’s also laundry hook ups right off your balcony too. You really get a lot for what you pay for...considering other apartment complexes in the surround

Nice enough place, however they draw you in with reasonable prices then offer you a longer renewal lease period for hundreds of dollars a month more. They also offer no compensation for lack of amenities during months of refurbishment, responding to complaints with "we appreciate your patience". Best to stay clear.
