Have lived here 1 1/2 years have great experience living here !only complaint I have is the neighbor plays music to loud and it’s right up on my bedroom wall and have to work so I lose sleep or on my day off have to listen to it when I’m relaxing have tried calling office but no answer or later in evening when no one is in over all great place !

I already found an apartment that made sense to my circumstance, but the tour was wonderful at Laguna Gardens. I did a self-guided tour and was helped by two sharp leasing consultants. The unit itself was amazing, definitely an upgrade compared to the older pictures. Would've been my first choice if it wasn't for work. Highly recommend!

Over priced apartments on top of that they chargeing 100$ for extra parking spot and they wonder why half of the parking spot are empty becouse no one going to pay 100$ for additional parking all complex companies in orange county the charge 35 $ even in irvine they charge 35$ so they think them self in some 20 start luxury apartments so bad and horrible if you consider moving there beware the going to steel your money

Lived here since august. The front office staff has helped us a lot with some trouble some neighbors they always answer all our questions and it has been great. The only issue I have is we live over the garages and one of the people we live under is constantly opening and closing their garage and it’s pretty loud if you are living over them. So far that’s my only complaint though. We have had no issues with bugs. Haven’t seen a single bug since I moved in in my apartment.

I have been leaving here for a year now. They have lock with chip on door, no keys. today i went for a walk and come back to realize the lock is not opening with mine or my wife chip. call emergency at 6:15 pm. still 8 pm and show from anybody to help. i live upstairs so i use a ladder and with help of neighbor went through balcony inside. i still waiting for somebody to come and fix the lock or i am a prisoner here.

Visited the office today to tour and possibly lease. I had an appointment at 1pm and I arrived at the facility only to see the leasing agent walk out and put a sign up for lunch. (I arrived at 1pm.) I waited because why not, people have to eat. When Axel helped us, he seemed unhappy. He gave us a lot of short answers and pretend to care. I came her a year ago and wasn't impressed. Not sure why I came back.
