I gave them all of my information to get approval for a tax credit apartment. It took them 2 weeks to get back to me and say I made too much money. So they offered me a non-tax credit apartment, which I agreed to take and gave them a full deposit to hold it. Then a week and a half before I needed to take posession, they told me the previous tenants weren’t moving afterall and I was out of luck. And there were no other apartments currently available. This gives me 10 days to get through the entire process of finding another place to live. I don’t recommend doing business here.

Set up an appointment to tour an apartment. Left work early, drove 25 minutes to get there, showed up, they didn't know who we were, didn't have us down for an appointment and didn't have one available apartment to tour. They also couldn't give us pricing, availability or any details and just told us to call them back next week.
It was apparently because the person we spoke to wasn't there that day and someone from a different property was manning the desk and nothing was communicated but either way HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION.
Also they don't even have a pool. So we for sure won't be moving there

My husband and I lived in a two bedroom over the past year. We lived in the older units but the maintenance was always quick with requests. We loved that the space was warmer in the winter so we didn't have crazy untility bills. We didn't notice any loud neighbors, and the management would put on activities for the residents! Not too far of a drive from my work downtown as it is close to the highway.

Meadowlark is an attractive complex with some nice amenities. I feel comfortable letting my kids ride bikes around and play at the playground/splash pad on their own since they recognize a lot of the kids here that go to school together. Management responds well to any emails, and maintenance is good about fixing any minor issues that I’ve had living here for 3.5 years now.
I would recommend this place.
