I have had problems with dry eyes more than a decade. Over ten years ago saw drs in Thomaston, Macon, Atlanta and Columbus with minimal success. I have used steroid drops, restasis, surgeries as well as other things. Finally gave up. 20/20 had repaired a pair of frames in the past and I needed help again. I asked did they have a dr there familiar with severe dry eyes. They offered me a sample to try but once I explained situation I was asked to make an appt. I saw Dr Barrett. Best eye appointment ever. They called me back after inquiring through email. Appointment immediately set. I was out of there within 20 - 30 minutes. Very fast service and great staff. Even though service is fast, you aren't rushed. Straight forward pricing. Was able to take home several colored contacts to try on and ordered the next day. Will continue to go there.

Good afternoon. I was hoping to get the same experience. I called today as a new patient and needed to verify my vision plan, the young lady put me on hold then the phone disconnected. Called back was put on hold again, no one returned phone disconnected. Called a third time, no one picked up. Disappointed to say the least.

The office is clean and the staff are friendly and professional. I did not feel rushed at any time. All my questions were addressed no matter how insignificant they may have seemed. In other words, I was treated like an individual not as another patient with the same symptoms and questions. I left confident because they gave me information about how to prepare my contacts before and after putting them on. On what to expect if things go wrong and what to do. Also they assured me their office and staff would be available for 60 days to work with me and find the right kind of contacts for my needs
