Fulton Management was started by a family right here in Brighton, Colorado. We manage two apartment complexes, Christine Place Apartments and Michael Place Apartments, which are also locally owned. The property owners were involved in the apartment construction from day one--from working with expert architects and builders to picking out quality materials and finishes.
We manage these properties with the same care and attention to detail. Our expert property managers are on-site in the Christine Place Apartments clubhouse, which is just a few doors down from Michael Place Apartments. They are friendly, efficient and know these properties inside out! They are readily available during regular business hours and for after-hours emergencies.

This place is an amazing community to live in. Lisa and Jack go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect for you. Lisa is very professional when it comes to answering any and all questions and she does a great job at running Michael Place and Christine Place. I really wish we didn't move away, but hopefully we will come back to Christine place very soon. If you're thinking about moving here definitely do it, you won't be disappointed. Lisa makes the moving process very easy and stress free. Hope to see you guys soon! <3

I have lived here for 3 years, the only reason I moved was because I moved into a house, I absolutely loved living here, It was quiet all issues were handled in a timley matter, Lisa was amazing!! The best property manager I have ever delt with!

Awesome place to live. The apartments are very clean, spacious, quiet, and affordable.
The apartments are very close to the Detention Center (jail), but the neighborhood is very safe.
Lots of trails closeby for walking, running, and biking, and the Rec Center is about a mile away.
I love living here!

Was in Brighton looking for an apartment for my Mom to move to. Spoke with Janice she answered every question we asked. Felt very comfortable having my mother move into an apartment there. Janice has always been very helpful. This really made me feel really good knowing my mom was at a very friendly place, means I live 1000 miles away in Texas. Thanks again for being wonderful Janice

0 complaints. This is a great, quiet place to live. I was concerned, at first, with the apartments being across from a school and two doors down from the county jail, but there has been 0 issues. It's a quiet and safe neighborhood (esp with the Sheriff's office right next door).
The apartments are better than most with some excellent upgrades. They have natural wood cabinets instead of ugly laminate, ample counter space, separate pantry/laundry room, and huge bedrooms.
Being individually owned instead of corporate owned gives these apts a better handle on their residents. Any maintenance

I had the pleasure of living here for six months, and I can deffently tell you that its a rather cool place to live if you are gonna be in Brighton for a short period of time (under 2 year or so) or if you just like apartment life.
The Apartments are new, using a rather nifty electronic key system, which keeps the locks from being picked, and gives you an extra feeling of saftey. I had one of the 3rd story one bedroom apartments, which had the best kitchen I had ever ever had. There was more counter space then I knew what to do with (I wish I could steal some and put it in my apartment in Brooklyn
