At Roscoe Property Management, we feel your pets are members of our extended family, so we strive to make them feel right at home. Magnolia Ridge welcomes cats and dogs, with no breed restrictions! For each pet, with a maximum of two - there is a non-refundable pet fee of $350 and pet rent of $35 per month.

I just moved here and everybody is really helpful, the whole process was really easy! The units are really nice and updated! I just moved in to my apartment and they updated most everything! One of the maintainence guys, Zach, came to help with our washer and towel bars and he was very knowledgeable and efficient! If you want friendly staffing, definitely consider living here!

We are new residents, we were looking for a two bedroom in a hurry emergency situation and Casey blew us away with how quickly she toured us, got us set up with a lease and all signed in the same day and on a weekend no less! The staff is always friendly we are particularly happy with the maintenance crew, Josh and Mike do a wonderful job. There are in unit washers and dryers, updated fixtures, and cool amenities like a dog wash, gym, and a bike repair station! Worth checking out!

I’ve been looking for new apartments for when I moved and this place was on my list to look at. The employee Misty was so extremely helpful and actually seemed to love her job. she had all the information to every single question I asked. I have lived in 2 other complexes prior to this one. This is the one I will be living at the longest. The new management is great! They offered me a very great lease extension that I could not pass! Maintenance is great at fixing things whenever needed. Overall, can’t complain too. As about this place. Sure, I deal with some annoyingly upstairs neighbors but that can be at any complex. Overall, the amenities are great and it’s been a great place for myself and my dog! I would recommend here!
