Hannah V. and her team are amazing! My husband and I moved back to CO and into these apartments site unseen. The leasing process was smooth and move in was easy - which was a must when moving cross country. The few maintenance issues we have had during my stay were always taken care of promptly. The apartment was cute and the complex backs up to Hunter's Glen Lake which was perfect for our pup. Get third floor if you can for the vaulted ceilings!

I've lived here for a few years and I love this place! The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Front office and maintenance are amazing!
Today Stephon completed my maintenance request in the usual friendly, rapid, and professional manner. I don't have many issues that require the maintenance staff, but whenever I do, they are so very quick to respond and address my issue.

Promenade at Hunters Glen is definitely a great location. They take care of you, the location is prime and they have a lake in their backyard. The only reason I’m giving a 4 instead of a 5 is I feel they are lacking in a few amenities and better-end appliances. Other than that, I can definitely say I enjoyed my stay there

I've asked the office several times every two weeks in one month If they would take care of the hedge that has overtaken the sidewalk. They said that it would get taken care of and it hasn't. The trash can that is next to the grill hasn't been empty for over a month. The light fixture that is in the ceiling outside is hanging and it's been like this for several months. It's like these people don't take pride in doing their work in keeping this apartment complex nice. Also, to the owner, I know that you are reading this. I am not sure what people are referring to with regards to management not responding in a timely manner. On weekdays it is usually a matter of hours by email, and there is usually someone there to take a call to the office during office hours. The units are nice, and modern which I love. The location is great, right on a beautiful lake. This will be my second year living here and it is equidistant to Boulder and Denver-- perfect for professionals needing to go to both frequently. The ONLY reason I am giving it 4 out of 5 is because of the dog park. There is dog waste littered everywhere inside

We absolutely love living in these apartments. The view is amazing, the staff is super friendly, and it's very convenient having a 24 hour fitness center that we're able to use after work. Promenade brings in food trucks every few weeks, which is a great way to experience all the different types of food around us. Whenever we needed something fixed in the apartment, maintenance would always be there within a day. The apartments are up to date, quiet, and spacious. Poor quality, crappy appliances, greedy managers, constantly hiking up their prices and just a mediocre place to live. Unhelpful staff and they randomly decided to change their parking policies within the last month without much warning, so now people are being required to pay $8 a month for "free" parking, which there is hardly any of it because the parking lot is constantly filled and we're constantly having to park in other neighborhoods around the area. Great experience so far after 2 weeks since we’ve moved in. Very friendly staff, the process to apply and move in was quick and straightforward .
This is my second place in Colorado, and with the prices now I feel like it’s a great value.
The convenience of having a washer/dryer, dishwasher, balcony, walk-in closet and central air is amazing. Appliances are top notch, and bathrooms are huge.

This was a perfectly good place to live in. The water pressure and temp. are good/consistent, a/c and heat worked perfectly. It's a slightly older building so you do get some noise from your closest neighbors but it isn't bad so long as your upstairs neighbor isn't doing jumping jacks. Never had a problem with any charges. Move-in and move-out were simple and felt like the charges I got upon move out were fair. I lived on the west side of the complex so never ever had an issue with parking, and there were plenty of spots for guest visitors. The lake was nice to walk my dog around

I'm a giving this complex a 1 Star rating ONLY because the employees that worked there while I was living there got fired for stupid reasons!! They were the best thing about the place! Erica Muck and Connie were amazing and the company will regret the decision to let them go. Otherwise it was a great place to live when I was there. I've heard from old neighbors that it is going downhill now with RUDE

Hannah and destiny are two of the best front office ladies I have worked with at any apartment I have lived at. They love my dog Annie and they let her eat all the dog treats! Maurice and his boys are the best any little problem and they come right away and fix it. All of them are great people and property is well kept and nice place to live!

Please do your self a favor and just drive right past this place....if you do decide to look for punishment then look no further. Here you'll find no parking other than having to pay an outrageous fee for an over head space. Stair ways that are literally caked with vile bird feces, and best of all managment that would rather see you bankrupt and tortured than be just a little compassionate to any situation you unfortunately might be facing...I couldn't be more miserable.

By far the worst most overpriced place I have ever lived in. They charge for every tiny little thing and when I pay a lot of money for rent you would think that the place would be in ship shape. No the shower has no pressure the toilet paper roll attachment was glued on the paint job is so horrific that you can see the walls used to be peach before they slapped on the grey they have now. The ceilings are white and the line separating the wall from the ceiling looks like it was done by a drunk sailor. The nasty woman in the office are so cold they should work for the coroners office. We have lived here at the Promenade for around 3 years, with a short break in between apartments. Previous to the new manager and staff entering a few months ago I had nothing to but great things to say about this residence. Keep in mind, We comply with all rules and regulations, keep our apartment spotless, and have never had a single issue. Firstly, the new staff is very rude and disrespectful towards residents. We were wanting to add a garage to the rent, they wanted to charge us twice as much as we were told during the lease signing, and were not willing to honor the amount we had signed on

Great apartments- expensive, but you get what you pay for. I've lived here for over 5 years now and they have updated apartments with new cabinets, flooring, appliances, etc. The management has been on top of repairs since the day I moved in here. Ericka Muck has been extremely professional and polite and has been an invaluable resource. The office staff and the maintenance staff are great.

DO NOT RENT ONE OF THESE UNITS!! This place was great until the new management company took over a few weeks ago. The places are falling apart! Maintenance will leave notes for work orders saying they "fixed" the problem when nothing was done. The units have ants all over the place. The women working in the office and rude and inconsiderate. Parking is nightmare here! And if you do rent a unit, beware that if you park incorrectly or forget your parking pass, your vehicle will be towed within two hours. I would definitely wait to rent here until the new management company is gone.

Terrible place to live! The units are so noisy!! And I really mean noisy! People leave garbage outside their units or around trash area. Just awful! Drafty windows and doors. Management does not seem to care. Never recommend this apartment complex! And can not post if I do not give it atleast one star. Sad!
