Good Luck there closed. I have been trying to reach Destination Maui for two weeks concerning my water issues and park maintenance. These are included in out association fees every month!! Nobody has gotten back to me yet. The issues are still going on. They seem non existant. They must be open because they don't fail to take my money every month

Very unprofessional and unfair practices. Didn’t even check my rental history before denying application yet still charging me a fee. I have a solid history of 10+ years of rental that I provided and yet they insisted my income needed to be 3xs the amount of rent, despite the fact I currently pay $300 more/mo for my current apartment than the one I applied for. Makes me wonder how many rental application fees are snatched up before finding one they will accept. Would not recommend this agency.

Destination Maui is the property management for the building that I live in. I have no idea where they get their residents managers but she, Michelle, is so unprofessional and they do nothing to check her. Michelle breaks the rules for her own personal reasons such as keeping pets! Michelle also screams at the residents when she cannot handle her cool. I've contacted Destination Maui so many times and I am only able to speak with receptionist. No one is there to address the issues.

I am not in the habit of writing negative reviews, but in this situation, I feel it wouldn't be right if I didn't tell you about my experience with Destination Maui.
Destination Maui is the worst management company I have ever experienced as a homeowner. We made the mistake of hiring them 5 months ago on a 1 year contract to oversee the management of our 118 unit condominium complex in Kihei. Since then, it has been nothing but disorganization, poor customer service, unaddressed problems, and lots of unnecessary aggravation.

My gf had booked 4 weeks ago. She heads been going there for the past 45 yr. She is there and has 4 more weeks shes paid for. The manger told her she has to leave, find another place to stay for a week., they will not find her a place. Manager has a paying couple for that week and will be taking there money. This is outrageous. This is how you treat valuable travelers. To think i wanted to buy into this place..

They were great for a while, years ago. Then things changed... They dont really care... We had some minor issues with our condo, and because they didnt take care of , it could not be rented. We had our unit empty for months. Lost revenue on both ends, minimal on their side....only to find out when hiring our own contractor that things were different than we were told....
