I've been here about a month, and I've read the bad reviews even before picking this place. Just want to note I work from home so I hear everything all hours of the day all.
Look you're gonna probably hear kids out side playing, but that's how it should be. You may get a bad neighbor, not the complexes fault. Here's the pros and cons I've seen in the time I've been here..
Pros:
Complex is stunning inside and out.
Pool is perfect.
Gym is great even with restrictions because of covid.
It's not extremely loud during the week nights (I don't care

Just visiting a friend Sunday afternoon who had been quarantined in her apartment. This might the most ghetto "luxury" apartments I've seen in Phoenix , of the couple hours I was here , kids and adults screaming, doors slamming sounds like there fights going , of the 20 people I saw did not see one person wearing a mask , Trump flags on cars , I would be scared for my life to live here. Property seems decently nice but the tenants seem to be horrible is how she explains it all time, what kind of people run this place ? she can't wait to leave here

I've lived here less than a month so I can mostly speak to my leasing experience. Yvonne was a pleasure to work with. She went over everything with me and made sure I understood what I was getting and paying for. The complex is quiet and kept clean. I also appreciate the quick response for maintenance. I submitted a repair request for my patio screen door through the phone app and the repair was made the next day. I'm really happy I chose this residence.

Before moving here from Minneapolis, I checked several places online and found these apartments/condos for rent. The pictures and videos posted on the internet left me with a very positive impression about this place. I also went further and read some of the reviews. I thought to myself, this seems like the perfect place to hang my hat for a while. And so I got the ball rolling and started the application process. I also had spoken to Bill a few times. Really nice gentleman, who was/is very intelligent, well spoken, helpful and thorough.

Updating my review because my time at Noria is coming to an end! Overall, I had a great experience living in this complex. Spacious parking area, beautiful pool and other nice amenities! Bill has always answered any questions we had and the maintenance guys are friendly! Noria always communicates with you via email regarding anything thing that may involve the complex. Only complaint is that I don't think I've ever seen a pest control around the complex. Living in a desert calls for a lot of insects and bugs and they are huge! I left 3 messages and sent 2 emails between Saturday and Monday evening inquiring about the property and STILL NO RESPONSE!

I had the worse leasing experience with Noria.I applied on September 19th and was approved on September 25th. I asked for my deposit back and was told it was forfeited after 48 hours. Beware of Bill Cantley leasing agent and Nicole Prieto if you dont want to have your money stolen as they did..
...Apartments has spiders problems and excessive amount of water bugs on the property when I went to go look around after hours and walk through the property ...Lease elsewhere unless you have 300 bucks to be stolen from you.

UPDATE: management acts like they care to fix a problem... how about you drop your ridiculous charges and not report people to collections until you have actually attempted to contact them.

Move here if you never want to receive your mail. They made me purchase parcel pending so I could receive packages when I or they weren't there to open the gate etc, and my packages are still never being delivered. Very unprofessional. They don't like to do their job. Update: Still not delivery packages and they tell me to head up to the office to talk to someone and no one is there to talk to me about why I can't receive packages. Place is a joke.

We recently relocated to the Phoenix area and were looking for a place to stay for about a week and a half. We spent money on apps and admin fees and were turned away from many apartment complexes ( NOT NEARLY AS NICE AS Noria). We decided to check out Noria as we were driving past. The property was absolutely beautiful. We explained to Colby our situation and he was very understanding. He gave us a tour and we loved the community, amenities, and all it had to offer. As we were filling out the app we met the other staff who were also very friendly and welcoming. We had a really good feeling about

I was also there at 4pm with a 5pm close today 6/10/18. I was told they were not showing because they had closed the model. That they had done all their "appointments for the day" so they locked it up.
Typically an apartment complex would stop showing at 4:30pm if they closed at 5. There is no "appointment" required... I said, "I checked this place out on the internet. NOWHERE on the website does it say this complex is appointment only". Leasing agent Colby said, "no appointments required, but we had finished them all for the day so we closed the model"

I came in today at 4:00 (office closes at 5) and asked Colby if I can tour the facility. I was denied because "everything was locked up for the day, and they were booked". Nowhere on the website does it state an appointment necessary. Time wasted. Sounds like he didn't feel like touring and were ready to go for the day.
