Quest Fitness is a functional movement- based training facility that provides world class coaching with proven results. We believe that fitness is a journey that should last a lifetime. Our focus is on giving people the education and coaching they need to move better, get stronger and stay fit for a lifetime.
Looking for a little more attention? In the Small Group setting, we will place you in the proper level of training for your goals and concerns. During your training sessions, you will meet with one of our certified trainers in our Small Group format (2-4 people). In this personalized setting you will benefit from in-depth instruction while focusing on your specific goals.
We take a comprehensive approach to personal training. Rather than a one-size-fits-all mindset, we start with a Functional Movement Screen to assess your movement quality and take into account exercise history, injuries and restrictions. The results from these assessments dictate how we design programs for our individual clients and allow us to maximize results and minimize injuries.
Group classes are a fun and eective way to kick start your health and tness goals at Quest. Classes are open to all tness levels from beginner to advanced. Each class is guided by a coach who educates all members on proper form and techniques. Every workout employs progressions and regressions of every exercise to accommodate all levels.
At Quest Fitness LLC we pride ourselves on being an educational facility that "trains the trainers, " and run frequent certifications and continuing education programs. We are a host facility for DVRT Ultimate Sandbag, TRX and HKC/RKC Hardstyle Kettlebell certifications, trainings and workshops. TRX Education - It's not what you know, it's what you can coach that counts.

You gotta love James, a guy (a happily married one no less) who wants to spend a good chunk of his days helping those of us with jiggly under arms -- and other unnamed less firm areas-get down to exercise business. That he (who has no jiggly areas AT ALL) chose TRX as his particular tool not only speaks volumes about him, but also of the concept itself. I wanted to try something challenging and different so went in for an orientation with James. He really knows his stuff and showed me around the key moves of the TRX and also kettle bells.
Then I stayed for the TRX Body Blast and it was killer! I have been working out steadily all year but I immediately felt how the TRX gets to muscles I wasn't using and also allows for some more dynamic movement like swings that are just more fun than lifting weights.
I will definitely be back for more classes and I'm so glad I can now use the TRX and bells at other gyms when I travel! Definitely

I have worked out my whole life and never had results like this. This has been the best thing that ever happened to me. I was hesitant to start because it was a change from what I always used to do. I couldn't have been more wrong. Not only are the workouts incredible, but the atmosphere makes any person feel comfortable and gives them the confidence that they can accomplish and meet all their goals. A fitness group like this can't be found elsewhere!!

Today was my first time at Quest and my first TRX class. After this first expereience I somehow feel like I'm allowed to shout things like "get some!" and "oo-ra" - as if I have earned the right.
I was pretty nervous about this class for the usual reasons (i'm not fit enough, i can't do it, im going to make a fool of myself, etfc.) But from the moment I walked in it was apparent that my worries were totally unfounded. The instructor James (who is also the owner I believe) was an incredible motivator. He made me feel really comfortable the whole class. He pushed
