This place is nice and quiet I don’t live here but I have a friend that does I’ve applied three times here and I got approved back in 2019 my security deposit was a little much!! But I didn’t take the place now that I’ve applied last year and just not to long ago I’m just trying to think why I’m not getting approved if I got approved back in 2019 or 2020 so I’m just taking my own actions because I do believe they are just taking ppl refend but the people that works there are great but if your credit is not 100% but you have the income working two jobs that should only matters!!

I lived here 7 years. Previous management were great. New management are terrible! I liked Mary at first but she continued to reflect terrible management. Bad communication, if you need something it takes days to get a response, had to go to the gfs place multiple times due to no heat or no hot water, and she blamed it on the place. When I moved out, she told me she would do the walkthrough. She admitted she never did and never contacted me about anything, as I had to reach out. I have been living here for 7 years and this apartment is comfortable and nice. Area is quiet. The management staff and maintenance have always handled any issue and they always have been so friendly. Meriem and Christine are very knowledgeable and great. They assist with everything and never had any complaints about this place!

My name is Kathleen. I have lived @ Imperial Manor Apartments since May of 2010. I am very comfortable here and feel the staff are always very helpful and friendly. When I need a service call the maintenance staff respond as quickly as possible and are very professional. The ladies in the office, especially Meriem are very friendly and go out of their way to assist me when I need help. She goes above and beyond what is expected, even checking on me after surgery!! I love it here. The location is close to the Mall and grocery stores and on a busline....Thanks Meriem and everyone for what you do

We have lived here almost 3 years and have found it to be very pleasant. We love to BBQ and the community grills are very near. Since we've been here, Mary the manager, has always been very helpful and quick to get any problems resolved. The work They are putting in to get the windows and patios done is awesome. I lived in this place with my mom for almost 4 years. We had lived in apartment K. We had the basement floor so when it would rain, the whole kitchen floor would rise and flood. We would trip over the floor cause it had risen so bad. We had black mold in the windows. The frame in my window was bent in! Almost like someone was trying to get in. There was bubbling on the walls where moisture had gotten through. Like you could push the bubbles in and water would come out. There was ice INSIDE our apartment by the windows cause they weren't sealed right. The heat constantly broke. My mom and I
