Alison is just wonderful. For YEARS my doctor and physical therapists have recommended Pilates to help strengthen my core and support my spine. I have spinal stenosis, seven fused vertibraes, a slight tear in my rotator cuff and a herniated disc. I did Yoga for a while but hurt my neck and have been terrified to go back. I am pretty fit from all the cardio I do, but my core, and overall balance and tone need a lot of help. I did some research and found Alison. I told her about all my health issues, and she is very diligent about taking me through the exercises that will help to strengthen

I met with Alison while vacationing in Park City. We had a great session together. Alison gave me a challenging, individualized workout. She is an excellent instructor and was a pleasure to practice with. I have been practicing Pilates for many years and I would highly recommend Alison as a trainer.

I found Alison through an internet search for Stott Pilates in Park City. She was prompt and responsive with scheduling. More importantly, she was fantastic at customizing a program for my needs and makes sure that while she is working with you that you are comfortable. She pays attention to alignment and form. She also worked with my daughter who is much more flexible than me and created a session for her that addressed what my daughter wanted. Overall, I was very happy with Alison!

My mom and I came in for a semi-private lesson after two days of skiing. I was very sore and Alison made a perfect individualized lesson that combined both stretching and work (intesnse ab and inner thigh work)! I left feeling energized and much better than when I came in. Alison will check-in throughout the class to ensure the class is meeting your excercise needs and alter to make more or less challenging depending on how you are feeling. It was a great class and we will definitely be coming back to see Alison next time we are in town!

Alison is that special practitioner that you only dream of, usually. I have numerous injuries and conditions, but Alison was able to develop a Pilates/yoga program customized to my needs. Unlike with other teachers, I never injured myself, but became stronger and more confident in my abilities She listens carefully to your words and your body's rhythm. Add to that, she's a pleasure of a person! She makes working out fun -- I always look forward to a session with her. I cannot recommend anyone better than her.

I attended Pilates by Alison this summer as a visitor from Tucson. I have never done Pilates before and I had been told by a friend that she was excellent. I truly enjoyed the experience in every way. Alison is professional and friendly, but also very skilled at creating a workout that was so beneficial to my body after hiking long trails. I have had pesky back issues in the past and that is no longer a problem. We worked to strengthen my core muscles to ensure that I would not create undue stress. She is also so conveniently located in the middle of Park City. I do not send in reviews very
