I love living here. The staff are really nice and quick to get to you when you are in need. Thomas the maintenance guy really goes above and beyond, as well as the rest of the staff. They are our first legit home in Oregon and we cant really imagine a better spot. We are surrounded by just about anything you could possibly need, Winco, bus stops, bowling alley, movie theatre, restaurants, and you can even walk to a repair shop if your car messes up.

These people are great, super friendly, and know how to make you feel at home. If you are having a tough time finding somewhere, these people will help you out if you truly have your stuff lined up. They work with you and are quick to respond to your maintenance needs! They are steadily working on improving this place and its been a real joy honestly. Everyone that lives here seems pretty dope to.

You do not want to live here, trust me. Management is terrible and will lie to your face; plus they change companies like 3 times a year. They cannot handle simple maintenance request and will do nothing about noise complaints or concerns about the complex. Again, do not live here unless it's the last possible place open.
Edit Post J3 Response: I'm mistaken and I extend my deepest apologizes with my entire heart and soul... make that 4 management companies per year.

I used to love this apartment with the old management before it was bought out and misc. fees and regulations were tacked on. We used to have a strong knit community of elderly and people of low to medium income due to what started out as below market affordable apartment. People were friendly, and I enjoyed the roses that adorned the buildings.
The new management changed the whole design of the complex from ivory yellow to dark grey, and uprooted all the roses. I had to find homes for dozen plants as we were not allowed to have more than 3 with new regulation, even being cited for having a ice

My former neighbor is dead wrong on this topic! Manager is confrontational, never gets anything fixed, and is bias. I would never recommend this property to live in to anyone desperate enough to live anywhere. Lived there for 5 years and loved old management, they were more friendly and understanding, when they demolish this building and build condos on top of it I will be right there to watch.
