Mills Supportive Counseling is a trauma informed practice. Our office Is located in downtown Spanish Fork Utah inside RK Creative Studios. Our setting offers clients a private, quiet, and safe environment in which to identify their therapy goals, explore their negative core beliefs and move toward life altering changes.

Psychotherapy/Counseling is a collaborative effort between the therapist and client. Therapist/Counselors help clients identify goals and potential solutions to problems which cause emotional distress; see to improve communications and coping skills; strengthen self-esteem; promote behavior change and optimal mental health.
If you are working with a third-party who is paying such as Bishop/Church leader, vocational rehabilitation, victims. Etc. you will need to coordinate this payment in advance and sign a Release of Information so that the proper party can be billed for the services rendered. Many insurance and coverage plans cover mental health services by a licensed professional counselor.
